I'm 82 and recently found this and really like it, Mike, but can't lift legs up yet but will persevere. I do your leg, core, stretches, hip and lower back videos most days ((at least 2 of them every day). I love the constant encouragement, the counting and the reminders-'keep that upright posture' etc. I hear your voice saying that when I slouch at the laptop. Thanks Mike. Your videos are incredible and have helped me to walk without a stick (inside the house) something I haven't been able to do for 4 years since my fall. I really like this format, far easier than searching for the different videos I usually do to make up a 40 minute session! I will still use combinations of the other videos though when I want a change or to focus on different parts of my body! The 40 minutes seemed to fly by! Thanks Mike!
Thank you so much for doing these! My mom is 94, it's been a struggle trying to get her to move at all, so the seated exercises are just about right. We took a class at the local Senior Center called "A Matter of Balance", which was really good but involved too much standing for her. This way, she watches her game shows for a couple of hours, then I pull these up and she tends to follow along (grumbling a bit under her breath of course).
I am 59. Suffered a Lisfranc foot injury in November 2022. Was an avid fit hiker until this happened. Been 8 weeks now in a moon boot and starting physiotherapy soon. These videos are helping me to motivate myself to get active after feeling robbed of my fitness. Thank you

I agree with Sandra. I like the longer workouts for seniors. It is a well paced workout, but I felt like a had a good workout. You do a wonderful job leading these workouts.
My husband joined me this week for exercising, he did the 40 min workout with me today. My left knee hurt doing some of the stretches....I injured it in 2019 while bowling (twisted it, but did make a strike, injured knee then). We enjoyed the 40 min. Workout, likedvit a lot even though my knee was hurting.
Mike, I loved this workout!. I could feel the range of motion in my shoulder get better with the gentle movements. I enjoyed doing the warm-up, exercises and cool down. More of these please.`````And a big thank you to you for encouraging and providing health and movement for all of us.

Great full body workout, not too strenuous for an 81 year old. Waiting for knee replacement surgery so feel this is building up my strength as my mobility is impaired.
Excellent workout. I enjoyed every minute of it. Muscles that I wasn't aware of before got their pleasant exercise. The count for each exercise was 5 or 8 or 12 so the workout was not boring and stressful. I will do this again. I thank God for you. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Good job!

Was down with Covid for some weeks so this was my first day back. How wonderful to be using my muscles again and breathing and moving. Being away for a month seems to have affected my upper body strength. I will just have to work my way back up to using the muscles in my arm with no struggle. Oh, oh, oh! More, more, more of the same, Mike. The warm-up was almost like a dance: some of the moves were fluid, moving easily from one to the other. The stretches and relaxation offered a protracted period of time to do just that--and did the job! I came away truly feeling tuned up but rested at the end of this new format. You displayed imagination and innovation making my sessions all the more interesting and fresh.
