    मैं एक Students हूं और हम Ground Exercise करने जाते हैं, लेकिन इतना प्रकार का Exercise है कि समझ नहीं आता की कोन सा execise करे और कोन सा ना करे..... इसी कारण से अगला दिन Exercise करने ही नहीं जाते हैं और बाद में Exercise ना करने का पछतावा होता रहता है ,। कृप्या करके मेरा Problme का solution कर दिजिए।।।।🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
