Yes, this technique works. But you have to keep doing it every time before taking your BP measurement. I have been using this technique of yoga every morning. But in the evening when I take my VP it is back to the usual high levels.

Yes, sir, it's very true. I practise now itself as my Bp was 15/100 from morning to now. After the chandravedi pranayam, my blood pressure pressure is 14/95. Thks a lot.
I play badminton everyday for 30 mins minimum. I am 45 years old. My BP used to be 140+ / 90+, sometimes reaching 155/100. When it became clear that I have to take BP medicine, I went to an Ayurveda-charya instead. He suggested me diet changes and lifestyle changes, after which my BP is in full control. 150/100 two months back to 115/75 today, 10 mins ago. My high BP was actually due to VAT issue - Indigestion, Gas, Belly bloating etc. EVERYDAY. Key changes done: Early dinner (by 6 pm), Late Breakfast (9 am), Take Milk or dairy after breakfast instead of night, limit tea to 2 cups, Dashmularishtha daily for 2 months after heavy meals. Good sleep. Stop all wasteful eating (oily, spicy, fridge products). More fruits, Salads and vegetables. Exercise for 45 mins, Pranayama for 15-20 mins, including Chandrabhedi as part of Anulom Vilom. After making all of these changes, I feel healthier, stronger and lighter. No more Gas/Indigestion issue and the greatest thing is that BP is like a college boy. First time in last 3 years !!

I was feeling tired and when checked my BP, it was 150/90. This is the first time I have tried this and it drastically reduced my BP to 125/78 within 15 mins. Thanks you for this wonderful video

145/88 was there before doing pranayam afterr doing 15 min and i was in sitting IN ASANA position and checked BP it showed 133/90 and after that i was in sleeping position for 2 min and then i checked BP it showed 125/80 and it worked

I was feeling tired and when checked my BP, it was 150/90. This is the first time I have tried this and it drastically reduced my BP to 125/78 within 15 mins.

just wanted to check how long it stayed in lower range ? Did you repeat again in day or bp was low throughout the day?
My Bp was 160/85 . And after doing this pranayama now it is 150/80. Please let me know the pranayam for blood sugar.colestrol and headache

145/88 was there before doing pranayam afterr doing 15 min and i was in sitting IN ASANA position and checked BP it showed 133/90 and after that i was in sleeping position for 2 min and then i checked BP it showed 125/80 and it worked
