    Thank you for creating this amazing Pranayama to control High BP. My blood pressure has been extremely high, on 4 medications. I decided to search for a video on Breathing Exercises. Yours was the first one I listened to as well as practiced along with you. I took my Blood Pressure and it was 143/78. It has been averaging 155/95.     Dear Sir ,
    Last night my mother's bp was high around 200 and she had to take medicine which brought her bp to around 150 .
    I saw your video , last night and I asked my mother to do this Pranayam for 10 minutes .
    This morning , Her bp was bit high and after doing Pranayam her bp was close to normal .

      She can do twice a day , her question is how long she should practice before she can get completely rid of medicines .

    In the beginning Blood pressure was 167/95 and after doing 10 mins of this yoga as shown in this video, it came down to 139/91. Big Thank you for making this video. Subscribed your channel.

      Yes, this technique works. But you have to keep doing it every time before taking your BP measurement. I have been using this technique of yoga every morning. But in the evening when I take my VP it is back to the usual high levels.

    It really works. Before thie breathing technique, my bp was 150/100. After I practised for 15 to 20 minutes, my BP was lowered to 131/85. A lot of thanks...

    I am surprised . I reduced blood pressure and also i did batting for 15 over without tiredness after doing this 10 minute for 2 month. I am enjoying batting more than my youth days. This exercise is really gud

      @@endangstelmach7223 stop smoking and drinking...avoid late night dinner...stop taking processed foods which have added sugars which may decrease insulin resistance causing fat depots in blood vessels

    Yes, sir, it's very true. I practise now itself as my Bp was 15/100 from morning to now. After the chandravedi pranayam, my blood pressure pressure is 14/95. Thks a lot.

    I play badminton everyday for 30 mins minimum. I am 45 years old. My BP used to be 140+ / 90+, sometimes reaching 155/100. When it became clear that I have to take BP medicine, I went to an Ayurveda-charya instead. He suggested me diet changes and lifestyle changes, after which my BP is in full control. 150/100 two months back to 115/75 today, 10 mins ago.
    My high BP was actually due to VAT issue - Indigestion, Gas, Belly bloating etc. EVERYDAY.
    Key changes done: Early dinner (by 6 pm), Late Breakfast (9 am), Take Milk or dairy after breakfast instead of night, limit tea to 2 cups, Dashmularishtha daily for 2 months after heavy meals. Good sleep. Stop all wasteful eating (oily, spicy, fridge products). More fruits, Salads and vegetables. Exercise for 45 mins, Pranayama for 15-20 mins, including Chandrabhedi as part of Anulom Vilom.
    After making all of these changes, I feel healthier, stronger and lighter. No more Gas/Indigestion issue and the greatest thing is that BP is like a college boy. First time in last 3 years !!

    धन्यवाद सर मै यह प्राणायाम करूंगी मुझे यह पता था चन्द्र भेदी प्राणायाम के बाद सूर्य भेदी जरूर करना होता है पर यह भी पता था कि इससे तो ब्लड प्रेशर और बढ़ेगा इसीलिए डर के मारे मै प्राणायाम नही करती थी । आज अचानक आपका वीडियो खुला । धन्यवाद

    I was feeling tired and when checked my BP, it was 150/90. This is the first time I have tried this and it drastically reduced my BP to 125/78 within 15 mins.

    145/88 was there before doing pranayam afterr doing 15 min and i was in sitting IN ASANA position and checked BP it showed 133/90 and after that i was in sleeping position for 2 min and then i checked BP it showed 125/80 and it worked
