Brisk walk or slow jogging can help. When you jog in the initial phase jog for a minute, then walk for the same time. Thereafter jog-walk say for 5-10 minutes alternately. Gradually increase the time. One should not exert. In case you feel tired, stop. One should judge his/her own capacity. If you are a senior citizen brisk walk over distance of 4-5 KMC at a moderate speed should be sufficient.

Yesterday i was warching Baba Ramdev and Grandmaster Aksshar. While their videos are more or less similar yours is totally different from theirs. Ramdevji was very briefly talking about Chandrabhedi pranayam stress was more on Shitali and Shitkari. So question is who is correct. Pl let me know. Thanks in anticipation.
Ho sakta hai per doctor kahe waise hi karna hai, don't take any medical decisions (such as stopping medicines) on your own bcoz high bp is a serious condition.
