    This helped so much, i have a hyper thyroid and anxiety from childhood and have been trying to find good ways to naturally rely on, instead of blood pressure meds or drugs for temporary anxiety relief. The breathing technique works quickly. It is possible to get over anxiety and high bp without meds!!

    Such an amazing result my bp before watching this video was 130 and 91 after performing yoga as er instructions given in this video my bp come under control and it is 124 and 80 🙏🤩🤩🤩🇮🇳🇮🇳

    Thank you . Nice Yoga Asanas to control high blood pressure. Your videos are very well made with nice mix of appropriate background music and very relevant and captivating pictures. I find this makes your videos very motivational and makes one interested. I regularly watch your videos and also learn and practice.
