    Just what i needed.. thank you so much :) Hope to see a 30 min and 1 hour sequence of yoga suitable for high BP patients. Till then, this will be my go to practice everyday!

    We can do these exercises anytime..yes? Even after a light lunch ot dinner? Within 15-20 minutes of taking food?

    Pl give the chart for colitis. I am suffering from diabetes, high pressure, insomnia, and chronic colitis. And getting weight loss. Pl give the chart of yoga for getting relief from this disease and weight gain. 🙏
