I am in my early 60s and only get 4hrs no matter how early I go to bed. I try every thing , been off drugs for 6yrs and Dr wants me to go back. Mind you exercise was helping along with water melon. Iam also losing weight until the veins in my neck are showing. I am not feeling any pain but I cannot keep a steady weight. I wish I could reduce stress. And get restful sleeps. Have s good day.

Zero alcohol for one year, conscious about sugar intake but not crazy, I eat clean single ingredient foods, my snacks are fruits and nuts, I don't have a cheat day because I don't feel the need. Thankyou for this. I started subscribing to.you in January. I had high BP due to anemia. I started exercising everyday and have now reached seven miles a day. I've lost 21pounds in weight and I feel so much better. My mind is clear and I have more energy. I sleep better and I also meditate. I stopped drinks coz I'm on lots of meds. I'm.very grateful to you. My BP has gone from 155/100 to 110/85, doctor is amazed. Oh and I walk my dog twice a day as well If I.hadn't seen your videos I wouldn't have done anything coz I don't have a good relationship with my doctor. I.trust you. It makes all the difference. Hope you have a nice meal this evening xx
When an allopathic doctor treats you for a disease without medicines he is a true doctor. He sees medicines as not the only tool in his armor to cure people. The only doctor who seems to understand what high blood pressure is for the general population. Good job Dr Sanjay Gupta.
3 months of a low carbohydrate diet and a daily 1 hour walk resulted on a waist reduction of 3 inches and reduced my blood pressure from 145/90 to 110/72. Also reversed high triglyceride level to way below normal. I cannot believe the difference after 30 years of medication making no difference.

The big pharma companies must detest you Doctor G!!!! I have reversed so much that ailed me by diet and lifestyle changes including BP, triglyceride levels and gall stones. We need more doctors like you Sir. Thank you for what you do. 😇🙏
Please stop this Big Pharma nonsense conspiracy. All the consensus clinical guidelines that the doctor refers to include diet, exercise and stress reduction. The reason many people need drugs is because they don't do enough of good diet, exercise, or sleep.
What a positive attitude you have! I have recently begun walking every morning to lose "pandemic" weight and lower my blood pressure. I'm 75 years old and am now walking ~2 miles a day (50 min) -- I started at 1.2 miles. I'm working on picking up my speed. Your video was very encouraging!
After five years of bp medication I get to stop with them! I first went vegan.. lost 40 pounds. Then I quit smoking… then I started exercising. Five years now vegan .two years no smoking . Two years of exercising daily. And I’m 59 !!! Now my bp is anywhere from 97/67 to 135/77 . All in normal ranges! As long as I’m staying consistently staying 140 or below I good!!!
@@michelles2299 That's a perfectly fine set of numbers for blood pressure, especially for someone in that age range with their stated health history. Everyone's blood pressure normally rises and lowers throughout the day and night, even for elite world-class athletes, and especially with physical activity, just as this individual has stated doing more of with exercising daily, and other regular life events then taken into account too, and a heck of a lot higher than a very decent 135/77, and they're all plenty healthy and, again, it's absolutely normal, so please stop spreading false information and or projecting your own personal, as well as highly ill informed, health insecurities onto others when you clearly do not know what you're talking about in the slightest concerning blood pressure, or even anything else for that matter.
My GP must be one of the minority. He says medication is just a crutch, that long term improvements are found through our own efforts, improved diet, regular exercise and weight loss.
Great Video. It's high time the patients educate their drug prescribing doctors with nutritional health backed by high quality nutritional scientific researches. We live it, they theorize it.
1. Weight/Body Fat Percentage 2. Diet (no salt or less than 1.5 grams a day, potassium, at-least 4.7 grams a day… try the Dash diet, magnesium supplements, omega-3s) No alcohol 3.Exercise 150 mins a week (moderate) … 75 mins for vigorous exercise 4. Stress Management 5.Sleep
@@afrocraft1Yes it can. I have had numerous trips to the e.r. for very elevated b.p. 200/100 after vomiting or diarrhea from stomach virus.. 2,000 mg of potassium drops my b.p. to 135/85. I take a potassium supplement plus b.p. med daily. Potassium rich foods general also contain oxalates which give me kidney stones so a potassium prescription is necessary and very effective for me. It's not unusual for me to see 50 point or more drop from potassium supplementation.
Dr. Gupta is a gem in an otherwise bleak medical landscape of doctors that think only about money. His family surely is very proud of him and patients and RUclipsrs are immensely grateful for the information tirelessly and unselfishly provided. Thank you so much! I do hope though that dr. Gupta finds time to unwind every now and then.
I would love your stress management video as I do all those things like eating well magnesium, fish, fruit etc. Can’t help being scared of climate change
I have avoided meds.for years even though I knew my body is high. Now they have found two blocked arteries in the heart which I put down to « heartbreak » now they insist I must take beta blockers and statins etc I am frightened🤷🏾♀️🥺🙏🏼
Oh god the message was so well communicated. I really liked two lines of the videos most that "changes make large/small impact" and "rootcause of high number in BP". These changes will definitely help and i will try to follow these. These changes will make person away from most of the health problem. But Dr i totally loved the way you conveyed the message, your voice and cute smiles in between would have reduced my BP by 2 mm for sure. Thank you
I just have to say…. I was a huge hypochondriac years ago and found your videos back then and you helped me so much. I started getting really bad IBS and heart ectopic recently and found your videos again and they are so comforting. Thank you so much doctor. You are an Angel.
I am new to taking Magnesium OTC. But I have been told that there are different types of magnesium and only certain types that should be taken for inflammatory issues and high blood pressure reduction. What type of magnesium and how many milligrams do you take daily?
Chinwe Igweatu....Hello...I am 70 yrs young but have suffered HBP for a number of years and have been on Medication for 4 yrs. I started taking magnesium 9 months ago and noticed my BP has come down significantly. I use Magnesium Glycinate 200 mg one in the am and one in the pm. No more than 400mg per day. This works for me. But always follow your doctors advice. Best wishes!
Absolutely agree, such a calming voice that I feel instantly relaxed. Thank you for your advice Dr Gupta, I do have high BP, and have had a very minor stroke (lacuna infarct) which interestingly almost completely eliminated irritable bowel spasms and pain that I’d had for 40years.I often say (jokingly) people who have chronic IBS need to also have treatment on the same sensory part of the brain. Fabulous advice, thank you. 🇳🇿🙏🏼
Excellent presentation for layman on how to lower blood pressure .Less salt, less weight, more potassium, magnesium, exercise program. Thank your sincere concern.
You are spot on with your description of how high Bp is handled by most providers. After 30 years of using prednisone, I started to have blood pressure issues which made my blood pressure dangerous. I went from taking one pill a day, to taking eight including clonodine. I was on a first name basis with the people that work in the emergency room. It took two years and hopping around to many doctors, before one said that I needed to stop the prednisone immediately. That’s all it took. I almost died because nobody gave a damn about the root cause. I love your channel. I thank you for keeping us educated as patients. ❤️
Hello, I’m glad you are off prednisone. I’m on prednisone for 3 yrs and trying to taper it down but them symptoms you get when you lower the dose was just crazy feeling, fatigue, poor appetite just feeling weak and can’t do anything? How did you just get off it? Now my BP is high too
@@awalak7508 hello A, I’m sorry to hear this is your scenario. Stopping prednisone was difficult but not impossible. First this new doctor was behind me 100%. She is the one who said that was the cause. She ran tests to be sure my adrenals were still working ok (early morning cortisol). Once she knew that she also tested my PRA ratio. It is often a cause of hbp. Mine was off as a secondary cause (prednisone). Then I tapered slowly. Needed Xanax (small amount) to deal with the nervousness and anxiety. It took 4 months. I used a little scale to measure the weight of the pills as I cut them down. I’m grateful this doctor forced me to stop prednisone. Find a good endo to supervise during this process. Mine is in Florida. Saved my life.
You speak beautiful English, and don’t rush the explanations, that’s why people love your videos. You must be a very busy doctor and we appreciate your time spent talking to us. Your care and kindness comes over, and you are not asking for money for expensive pills. Plain common sense good advice, which is tried and trusted is always the best. I aim to get started today on some modifications to my lifestyle!
As always your talks keep me focussed. I am 73 yrs and find the most difficult aspect is to change lifestyle but if one makes a conscious effort one can succeed. I have stopped intake of sugars and exercise regularly and am reaping the benefits. Please continue to inspire us
Dr Gupta, thank you for your videos. Your humanity, kindness, intelligence and ability to communicate to others is a role model for me (and hopefully others). Giving me information in the way that you do here, makes me feel like I can take responsibility for my health, and to maximise the benefit of time and consultation with doctors and others medically trained. Hugely valued
THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have no idea how much you are a Godsend to me...and many others. I wish other doctors had your compassion and ability to explain things. God Bless you!
Dr. Gupta's compassionate style even permeates youtube for me, there is comfort knowing that I can come to his channel and absorb wisdom and deep kindness at any hour. Not to mention solid medical advice absent any bells or whistles.
Excellent video on BP. I’ve been taking Magnesium glycerinate for a number of years and it had been helpful. I have the classic “white coat “ syndrome. Every time I have it checked at the clinic it is high. I check my BP at home for a month before my annual physical and the doctor thinks that works. He did make me bring my BP monitor to the clinic to make sure it works. Thanks again, Les
Dr. Gupta....This video is like gold! Thank you for being a compassinate, caring doctor. This simple opens our eyes to a healthy, active lifestyle makes a difference and we have more control than we think. God bless dear sir!
You are a great doctor. You bother to explain this important topic in plain language.. All professionals.. Doctors lawyers should be like you... then our world will be a better place.. God bless.
Everything that this soft spoken doctor said is correct and stuff I was taught by my ma. But sometimes life gets in the way, I am trying, but what I found is that dropping the weight along with walking and additional K makes a huge difference. I truly enjoy his vlogs. Thank you Sir.
A wonderfully helpful message, as usual, Dr Gupta! 🥇☀️ It is now clear that my HBP was caused by insulin resistance AND. being an overweight. Diabetic. I finally kicked out all simple carbs and in 5 weeks have lost 9 pounds of the 20 total which I need to lose. I did NOT look FAT-being “ only a little bit Type 2 Diabetic” WAS my biggest problem. And I ignored it at my peril. I’m now eating very low carb AND using Intermittent Fasting. Never hungry and losing more Fat than Pounds! And I use my cheap little exercise bike a few minutes daily, incorporating HIITs. Life is good and I’m about to turn 88. 😋🥰
Thank you for giving me Hope doctor. I am a grown man and I feel like crying right now after listening to this. Exactly what I needed today. Some hope.
Thank you Dr Gupta for another excellent video. I’m 79 years old. 6 months ago I went for my annual physical and I was overweight, high blood pressure, afib, high cholesterol, and pre diabetic. I decided to go on the keto diet (included OMAD and intermittent fasting) and start exercising more. My goal was to get healthy and eliminate my medication. I was on statin, metoprolol, and eliquis. I have since lost 30 # and quit statin and metoprolol. I intend to lose 30 more pounds in the next 6 months. I feel much better but I’m having some heart rate problems. Your videos about natural medication are an inspiration to me. Keep up the good work !
I absolutely love your approach to this topic. Especially the fact that BP issues are symptoms of deeper issues. I am experiencing that now and got some great tips from you. Subscribed!
An excellent insight into the world of BP. I have been through many such videos from other persons, and here you summarized all the key points very well. I really appreciate the fact that you are more concerned about the under lying condition. The only other method I wish you would address a little more is deep breathing. My BP was 170/110 and reduced to now about 150/100 9with life style change, beetroot, exercise, magnesium citrate). If I deep breath (following Dr Adam J. Story on RUclips), I am able to lower this temporarily to around 144/95. Stress if a big factor and I find breathing helps. Look forward to your explanation on breathing, etc. please can you also create a video on how your online consultancy works for those of us overseas. Let me take this opportunity to invite you to Barbados at our home a holiday with your family after your recovery in quarantine. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Do you take any medications as well? I'm 59, I don't drink alcohol or smoke, I run and swim every day, and have no excess weight. My restting heart rate is 53, but my BP is 182/100. I/ve tried everything to get it down, but it won't. I'm reluctant to take any medications, as I've heard they can be bad for you over the long term. Maybe that's my normal numbers.
Dr Gupta’s videos are so encouraging when much of the medical ‘industry’ is moving in the direction of a pharmaceutical intervention for almost everything....I suspect because A) it is quicker to handle patients in an already overworked practice with a drug and B) there is money to be made from drug prescriptions (often for the patient’s life) rather than taking time to understand the individual who has a problem and then even more time to explain, educate and encourage the person to make the lifestyle changes that don’t make anyone a profit. The real profit is the improvement almost 100% of the time that the person (patient) makes. A Dr Sanjay Gupta video is a medicine in itself and one can almost feel the raised BP from stress or anxiety (when being confronted with the ‘talk’ about needing medications) lowering as we listen to common sense and genuine care about people from Dr G. How can we thank you.
Dr Sanjay you are so kind. Love listening to your great advice. My doctor wanted to put me on high blood pressure medication because it was high in her surgery. I advised I don't have high blood pressure but "white coat syndrome". ( she is a new doctor). She sent me off to get the 24 hour test with the cuff attached to my arm for 24 hours. The result was I did not have high blood pressure. Just as you advised.
Excellent! (I take photos of my at home readings, and take them in on my phone for the MD's to see, as it naver fails with the white coat . . . I don't really think it's their coats, but their frightening 'bedside' mannerisms, and that of many staff/nurses. Health care does not feel very caring any longer.)
at 45 I was diagnosed with high blood presssure of 145/90 so my doctor said now u hv to take ur bp meds forever, after two yrs of reliying on meds n doctor n not doing anything about my diet n lifestyle ,i became worse n then i was put on statin ,this still deteriorated my conditions with brain sharps,n leg cramps n no activity possible situation ,i then started checking on youtube for help fr doctors like u , n now i hv learnt to manage it with lower doses of meds n etc. thks a lot to u doctor.
I used to take 1 litre of warm water with1tsp salt(Himalayan) Now my bp is high and am on salt free diet as I have primary Aldosteronism I think that my condition is more around my anxieties with lousy government who loves coal and gas and leaves me angry. Can this condition be healed ?
"Making the number look nicer may detract from looking for the underlying problem" YES! Most Dr.s today, don't care about any of that, they just get out their prescription pad. Ps. I could listen to you talk all day. You seem so kind.
I heard all of this before, but just hearing it from you, with practical mmHg numbers, really makes it seem achievable. I don't have much weight to lose, and I don't drink that much alcohol, but I'm doing all the other things you mentioned in this video. Thanks for putting this out; it really does help me to believe that what I'm doing is the right thing, and that it will help.
All great information to combat high blood pressure. Also, lack of sleep and stress can highly effect blood pressure, so those should be addressed also.
Thankyou Sir. I very much look forward to your next presentation on Stress and Sleep and their impact on the heart. These two factors play a major impact on my BP

So appreciative of the fact that there are many good Drs Who still have humanity at heart. I am 59 years old female just find out my BP 160/80 . Yet, in most of my life time tried to maintain a good healthy lifestyle as much as I could. Including eating clean, excercise regularly, moderate winning and no smoking. Hence, finding out I am with hypertension it came as a surprise. However, coming across this video and reading so many of the comments ,It gives me a slight of hope it is still possible to reduce the BP by following the provided suggestions. God help me I hate taking medicine
Brilliant .... you're a 🌟 doctor .. I got mine down just the very way you described ... I also fasted ...nothing after dinner until early lunchtime with a late breakfast ...so have a 15 hour fasting life ...and this helps a lot ...... Keith .Blackpool ...I'm a fan of yours !! Thanks ...
Thank you doctor Gupta!!! It’s NOT the numbers that are important! With Blood Pressure. But the cause of those numbers! Such common sense! So many doctors don’t have this!!! No matter how smart they are!!!!
I started following a low-sugar diet last September, after finding advice that this could reduce blood pressure. My consumption of added sugar before then was around 100g per day, but I managed to reduce it to just under 30g, which is the recommended maximum for adults. My BP was initially 128/85, but after only 2 weeks it was down by 10mm in both readings, and it has continued to fall gradually. My average BP is now (July 2021) 110/70 which the NHS regards as "ideal". I have also lost 10kg, and my sugar intake is now typically 10-12g per day, but the BP drop occurred long before the weight loss.
Most doctors seem eager to jump to the decision to lower the blood pressure by prescribing medication. They hardly take time and effort to educate patients about how blood pressure can be lowered naturally without recourse of medicines. But here we are provided different practices that can help lower blood pressure naturally. Even quantitative estimates of lowering of BP that can be expected is also provided. This advice is invaluable. Thanks a lot for the yeoman service.
Yes. Make yourself a healthier person. You are wonderful to give us all this wisdom. I got on a plant based/whole foods diet. Not as dramatic a change, but lifestyle changes have lowered my weight; lost 80 lbs. Blood pressure seems to be ok. I don't eat oil, little salt, and almost no sugar. Don't miss any of it, but it wasn't easy in the beginning. I'm working on excercise. Trying to do a little more at home during this difficult time. Thank you for your time and for all the support we feel out here in Covid Land. I have my vaccinations, but still wear a mask when I go out, and maintain social distancing. Had some groceries delivered yesterday. Thankful for the little internet knowledge I have. lol. comes in handy.

Thanks Dr Gupta on alternative ways to reduce BP . Makes sense. On my own, had not seen your video, found out the following. Rubbing oil in the morning, waiting half hour , and then showering brought my BP from 165 to 139. Another way going for 20 mins walking in the morning and later taking my pressure, it came down. Another is stretching. Now after watching your video I guess my body was under stress….by doing those 3 things on separate days , it kind of helped.

I wish my doctor was like you...my doc is more worried about meds than finding the cause. My diastolic won’t stay out of the 90s. I am the one pushing for tests to find the cause. I have changed my eating, lost weight, started exercising and keep my sodium down. I wish more doctors were like you.
A new gp did that to me. I told him I’m not comfortable with how he is managing my sudden high blood pressure and demanded he do tests. I ended up in ED with a bp of 210/107. They said you’re not hypertensive and did tests. Three weeks later I’m at 135. Then I changed to a new gp and we are still testing. I am 64 years old, 63kg BMI 22 and that lazy gp prescribed the medication repeat x5 at the first visit. I was extremely angry because there are people who trust their doctors without question.
you seem to have some knowledge on this. i don't. the two blood pressure tests i took last night averaged 109/66, a. few days ago i had a couple that read high 90s over mid to high 50s on consecutive days, i didn't know what to make of them, anyone know if this is good or bad? i weigh ~138 i'm 5'9/10

I love your down to earth advice and recognising the root of the issue needs to be addressed not just chucking medication at the symptoms. I always wondered why immediately putting me on bp meds without finding an underlying cause was considered appropriate. Now, if l feel stuck on a medication, l didn't want.
Hi Dr Gupta, I really enjoyed and felt encouraged by your advice on this video regarding how to reduce BP. I did achieve normal BP for a 67 year old when in New Zealand for three months. I lost weight, exercised through walking and cycling and followed the Mediterranean diet, rather like the dash diet. My BP was S 128 and D 90. But I came back and lockdown was stressful and, now we are out of it well almost, I have resumed eating well, exercising, including weights and walking. Thanks for your advice. Take care. Anne x

You are my role model from now on. A month ago I was given pills to lower my blood pressure and it made me very sad to be on a prescription med. So I listen to you and will do as you recommend- İ am taken magnesium for the last 7 years and it made big changes in my health condition- I exercise every day and take long walks with my dog every day- my weight is normal, now I will try to lower my salt and sugar intake. Age 72 and feeling better than ever before in my life. I trust you because you do not try to sell anything- you are just giving information/recommendations. I never believe people that are in it for making money. For sure, you are my man from now on- Thank you for the good work. Hat of for you.
Love your videos! You are a bright spot in the medical industry. Aren't you afraid you'll be silenced for trying to help people make their lives better without medication, though? I don't want you to be treated in that manner and hope you'll be around for us for as many years as you want to educate us through your videos! You do a spectacular job! Keep on!
Front of the line Dr. Gupta. You really give people common sense knowledge on how to change outcomes, that is assuming we are willing to do the work that is needed and not just rely on the easy way out. I like the idea being healthy and athletic and not just submitting to the every increasing status quo of unhealthy lifestyles.
Thank you, Dr. Gupta. I had very high blood pressure while taking Perindropil and a diuretic. I began following your advice when I couldn't get help from my doctor. Dr. Gupta's advice re: diet, exercise, relaxation, proper sleep....also adding magnesium. I'm also taking vitamin D3 & K2. I've lost 35 pounds so far:) My bp has normalized:) I'm still taking bp meds, but hope to stop them eventually as weight reduction continues. Thank you Dr. Gupta!
Great reminder about good health, altough I know all about it(over the time ones forgets) it is good to be reminded, so thank you and I like your approch again thanks...
Thank you dear . Your video is the best and very informative. I believe you 100 % of what you said. You might be one of the few doctors who think like you. Most of them are not. So we as patients are in trouble . They neither believe on these theories nor tell the patients about all this. I believe in all off this but the doctors only concentrate on the numbers and keep on giving medicines to fix it. They even add more if the number is little high. On my part I try my best to act what is right but it’s very difficult to argue with doctors who think differently. One day I will have no doctor in case I need one.
Isn’t it amazing how when you have a conflicting opinion on your health they nullify it like you’re a dummy! Specially if you mention research done on the internet! Take the meds or I can’t help you!! So we reluctantly to our detriment take the meds (and reduce the dose)….At least here from the empathy of a true caring Doctor we can take our health into our hands and attempt an understanding of how to deal with it and hopefully come off those electrolyte disrupting meds.
This video is so helpful! My BP tends to be high, and I very much want to get off the medication I' m taking. This information will be useful when I see my doctor in a couple of weeks--I've made lifestyle changes already and am seeing significant improvement. Thanks so much -- every video Of yours that I've watched thus far has been helpful and informative. Much appreciated :-)
What a damn good doctor. Explains in layman's terms easy to understand and goes straight to the source of the problem rather than bigging up the pills. 😉
I'm 19 years old and I have high blood pressure...everything turns upside down for me since lockdown...I first checked randomly my b.p on 2020 and it was high..since then it's been high...2020 was the worst thing that happened to me I was very anxious ..psychological things and I suffered a lot n stuff ..I think that is the one that causes me high blood pressure... I checked everything if it's a secondary hypertension but all the tests came fine...I workout 4 or 5 days a week...don't smoke, drink nothing..so it's most likely primary hypertension which sucks... anyways if u came all here reading it..thanks love you all.... if u have a same story like me pls share🖤

Zero alcohol for one year, conscious about sugar intake but not crazy, I eat clean single ingredient foods, my snacks are fruits and nuts, I don't have a cheat day because I don't feel the need. 135/77 is not normal

Excellent presentation for layman on how to lower blood pressure .Less salt, less weight, more potassium, magnesium, exercise program. Thank your sincere concern.
Less salt? We only need 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of salt a day. How much lesser does one need?

Hi mam hope you will be fine how you fell now form high bp
Try drinking hibiscus tea twice a day.

How much were you drinking? and What, hard liquor? Beer? Red wine? How old are you?
@@lizzrodriguez9402 just wine. I still drink but only like twice a week and BP good
Hey Doc. You forgot the most important thing ? Proper sleep can alone bring down your BP by 20 points.
Yes it's important to get alot of sleep, it always helps me.
@@HoraceLindsay-wi4et sleep is important for good health and one doesn’t need to be a doctor to know this. Try being kind and maybe your bp will go down.
Thank u very much.
He addressed that at the end
Thank you, Dr. Gupta!!! Best video I have seen about naturally reducing blood pressure and not pushing drugs!!!
What a great video. Summarises a ton of good solid lifestyle advice for high BP n 15 minutes. Absolutely ideal. The NHS should post links to this.
great video
They should build a statue of this man , a true hero .
Your talks are so therapeutic! Thankful for all your advice!
Thank u doctor really grateful for not putting any background music or other noise Really enjoyed this quiet informative video
I really enjoy your videos. I found them after I started getting ectopic heartbeats in March of this year. I especially like your approach to trying to minimise the amount of medications patients are given. Your videos about dealing with the anxiety have actually helped me feel better about my ectopics. Thank you so much for your videos!
200 mg magnesium citrate 2x day cured mine in 3 days.
I take it religiously ever since.
Dr Gupta advice and others.
@@hotrodray6802 me too ! but there is that one day in a week or so that ill get them out of the blue but so far so good .
Thank you doctor you have helped us a lot. May the Lord bless you.
I wish my doctor was like you...my doc is more worried about meds than finding the cause. My diastolic won’t stay out of the 90s. I am the one pushing for tests to find the cause. I have changed my eating, lost weight, started exercising and keep my sodium down. I wish more doctors were like you.
So is my doctor as well.
Try juiceing beets everyday it healed me of High Blood pressure.

I am from South Africa, now I know, my stress and high blood pressure, maybe the cause of my Kidney cancer, I had a partial kidney removal, was on chemo, now on the healthy kidney something, love your. Channel🌹🎈🙏
Thank you Dr Gupta for sharing your Gift 🎁 .... you are definitely saving lives 🙏🏽
Take care. Anne x

THANK YOU... you talk so much sense. I had type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and was overwieght. I was on medication that gave me massive heart pulpitations to the point i thought i was going to die - my heart was doing back flips. I stopped taking them immediatly and the pulpitations went away. Since then I have gotten rid of my diabetes by following a sugarless, low carb, non processed diet and now my blood pressure is much lower (i monitor it myself), I lost wieght and i'm no longer diabetic. I have started to walk (dog walk twice a day) and hike a lot and i feel 20 years younger with loads of energy. Thanks for all the tips and i know from experience that you can get your life back without medication (please tell your doctor if you come off meds though). Thanks again...
Dr Gupta , I’m a constant follower of your videos and it’s highly informative and worth it . Thanks and keep posting such videos . Proud of you .
Thank you for your channel Dr. I get so nervous when I consume health information online. Not knowing who to trust. Seeing an NHS specialist in the UK gives me confidence
You and your accent are so CHARMING!
Thank You for making it so easy to understand. THANK from USA
Gupta!
Did you know that eating parsley will get rid of excess water in your system, it's a natural diuretic and will work better then any drug.
Thanos for sharing. Your story gives me hope.
Great reminder about good health, altough I know all about it(over the time ones forgets) it is good to be reminded, so thank you and I like your approch again thanks...
Thank you dear dr for your informative video. You deserve our best felicitation as you are always trying to serve the people relentlessly.
@nina patel Indian Doctors in the US have a great reputation and there are plenty of them.
Thanks Dr Gupta for the updates on BP I have been following your advice and hope to see an improvement in the metrics 😷
I love this doctor he's helped me to understand my body SO much.god bless him
What a damn good doctor. Explains in layman's terms easy to understand and goes straight to the source of the problem rather than bigging up the pills. 😉
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, know by doing so you help alot of people live a better life👍👍
I'm 19 years old and I have high blood pressure...everything turns upside down for me since lockdown...I first checked randomly my b.p on 2020 and it was high..since then it's been high...2020 was the worst thing that happened to me I was very anxious ..psychological things and I suffered a lot n stuff ..I think that is the one that causes me high blood pressure...
