Chatnee achaar bilkul nahein. Aur 30 minutes walk karein roz aur potassium waale khaane khaayein, jaise naariyal aur nariyal ka paani, kela, santra, Anaar. Ek maheene mein BP control hoga

Hello Virendra sir , I am having high blood pressure from 1-1.5 years.And the symptoms are Headache and Irregular heartbeats. Blood pressure comes around 150/98. I am following your yoga videos and doing it regularly for 2 months , but it's not reducing. I do Bhramari,Chandra bhedi,Anolom velom,bhastrika,kapalbhati. Can you please suggest me which yoga i should do exactly to reduce BP to around 120/80.Regarding the daily routine, i strictly follow everything as suggested by you. I expect a response from you. Thankyou.
