    I did one time near my both kids.I told them to close their eyes.When they heard the sound.They jumped fr their seat.🥰

    Madam Dr. Bhatnagar, I am really happy having seen your demo relating to BHAMRI PRSNAYAM. I am now 70 yrs.old, a retired Govt.of India UnddertKing employee and suffering from disturbed sleep( not insomnia) occasionally.I must follow your advice practising 10:22 the Prsnayam as you advised/ shown. I do also Yoga as a daily routin😊e . I am otherwise well and healthy. Thanks & Regards.

    Dr Bhatnagar is an indefatigable teacher! What a valuable technique for those who, like myself, sleep poorly. The generation of warming Ojas by the rubbing of the hands is very interesting. According to the yoga of Nath Siddhas there is said to be a chakra in the palm of each hand.
