I personally feel that to achieve the greatness n soothing immense please with meditation, pranayam n yoga is with the starting first few minutes of our relaxation time which shud to be performed perfectly madam....cuz that first few advices n guidances to start off shud be very diligently practiced...

I am using 24hour oxygen i have brocotitis, breathlessness i was doing 3years pranayama n yoga online. From 6month i am not able to do properly. Doctor told my lungs r damaged. Do i come to normal with out oxygen. I am fed up with oxygen
