Thank you for the video. Excellent review! You mentioned about two bricks to power this laptop. Does it require those 2 power bricks always? or only during gaming or some high end video rendering kind of tasks?

Thank you! I would recommend keeping them both attached to the splitter cable that comes with the unit, because its powering both GTX1080s. Like any other gaming laptop it can be used unplugged but doesn't get great battery life and definitely effects gaming performance not so much normal tasks.

A good review, I nearly switched off because of the annoying intro though.

Lack of a 4K panel might distract some. However not a huge deal considering I run everything on an external monitor anyways. Having those Cherry Switches is sure going to be nice though.
Not to mention I think you can change out the GPUs as well. Providing they fit the mobo but I could be wrong. Also the lack of G-Sync is kind of a drag. Then again i think that's just limited to the screen. Still has support through an external display i think?
This was actually my second choice as I wanted the Asus GX800. But Asus has been sitting on their ass on that. So I decide to say the hell with it. Anyways not much to hate here. :)

Absolutely! It does support 4k through external which to be honest is usually how I use my laptops at home XD. I hope you enjoy it, I had a great time playing on it when I had it in the office.

You mention that the CPU can be overclocked but it isn't an hk model...

I did mention that the CPU or GPU can be overclocked in the dragon center to highlight the feature but non-K CPU models only support overclocking on GPU.
