Ageless dressing is a priority in my book, but I do need a little spice🧂for all my neutral classic pieces I collected from my corporate days. While all elegant & high quality suits, they seem a bit fussy, formal, & hum drum🥱 on their own outside the office. Like to add style contrast to make these more elevated items more real world friendly.
🎉Fresh, fabulous, & fun are great goals. As a modest, but voluptuous hourglass (not obese)⏳️, it was quite easy for me to look frumpy 👵dumpy & matronly in my 20s. It's taken me a long time to accept my endowments〰️& my extra wide hips are still a sensitive subject😔. It's been a challenge for a girl next door to balance ⚖️ a va-va-voom bombshell shape😂.
😘Your print clashes are lovely & lively❣️ As a pattern & detail minimalist, I'm not tempted to emulate that same level of boldness. I barely have capacity for wearing one printed piece at a time😖. However I greatly admire & appreciate your unapologetic love for florals, color, & artistic expression.
❤Love the joy & confidence that you bring to the table. So many influencers saying "no", shaming, & wanting to keep women of all ages in such narrowly defined categories. Finding & embracing our uniqueness is important. 🤔Think it can be equally exciting & flattering to color outside all those prescribed lines. 🕊God bless you!

Well this is timely! I just thrifted a burnt out velvet duster and some animal print trousers yesterday, not realising that they are considered ‘aging’ 😂. My 57 year old self doesn’t really give a 💩 what ‘they’ think, but you do give me the most brilliant style inspiration!! Oh, and I hear you on the delights and conundrums of short wavy hair. Some days it’s 🫶, some days 😳 😆

Okay, gotta spice up my act. Organized my closet, I have 95% solid colors. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? Trying to buy thrift, and better quality fabrics; cotton, linen, wool etc… but in process I got boring solids. Thrifting tomorrow to find some interesting pieces… that my aunt gave me… 😉
