Diana you are the QUEEN of pattern mixing…. Loved the graphic tee shirt outfit…. It’s amazing how by rolling up the sleeves, adding a belt, can change the look of an outfit, takes it from frumpy to modern Styling outfits is a lot of fun, I’m just waiting patiently for the fall weather still in 80s where I live
Love this series Diana, very inspiring and I'd love to see more! Your blue head scarf with those amazing earrings gave me vibes of "Girl with a pearl earrings but funky and modern"! 😂 I really struggle with putting fun into my wardrobe because I really don't have much weird stuff. I don't thrift (tall plus-sized living in a land of short to average skinny women) so I can only get creative with accessories. Love my scarves, jewelry and crazy footwear!
Interesting observation about the girl with the pearl earring. I see it! I actually think thrifting could work for you because I am a fellow tall girl and I check all the sizes. Though there is definitely less to choose from in plus sizes, usually what is there can be very unique. I've seen a lot of fancy muumuu type dresses in plus sizes and they look great with belts and chunky cuff bracelets. I say give it another try!
@@unblahyourself OK, I'll give thrifting another go. Wish me luck! That said, I took inspiration from you and tried pairing my grey tweed pant suit (wide leg trousers and a somewhat fitted blazer) with a graphic t-shirt... I have one charcoal grey tee with a cartoonish irish wolfhound (my ❤️ breed) that says "Be hairy, not scary"... The cartoon wolfhound has a cherry red collar. I paired my cherry red high heeled Dr Martens with it... OhmyDog, the combination is great! Can't wait for the day that I can rock that at work!
I love how you actually show us how to take a combination that’s “boring and awful and frumpy” to creative, cohesive, and fun! I’ve tended to give up on weird combos in the initial try-on, even though my instincts say it can work. I’m learning from you to keep playing with it until it makes me happy✨
Yes just keep going! Of course it doesn't always work out, but the process can be really fun (or funny!) and show you combinations you've never tried before. Sit in the weird space! 😆
As a new mom, I just discovered this channel and love it! I was feeling so bored and sad with my clothing, it’s hard to find comfortable, breastfeeding friendly clothes that fit my new body shape that don’t just make me feel frumpy and boring. You’ve given me inspiration to experiment with things in my closet, wear them in new ways, and pick up a few new accessories at the thrift store! Already feeling so much more confident and more like myself again in my clothes.
Aw, welcome! My biggest problem as a new mom was how to still look cute but always wearing a tank top and jeans! Did you see this one? ruclips.net/video/pl-Eczb_iSY/видео.html I specifically made that video by request from a new mom!
You are absolutely delightful, fun and have a real talent with color, pattern and textures! I live vicariously through watching you. I’m not suuuuurrrrreeee I could be as creative as you! I obviously need more shoes, scarves and belts! I’ll make a list . . . Yes that’s what I’ll do! We raise Red Devon cows on our very rural farm. So whenever I ‘go to town’ (that’s right) every 10-14 days I use that as an opportunity to wear my understated, basic, simply elegant french styled clothing. So now you know my wardrobe! Ha! You make me smile and laugh out loud. Have a great day! I have thoroughly enjoyed this series.❤️🌷
New sub here! Love your playful, creative videos. As a fellow scarf addict, when you brought out the wonderful IKEA organizer I thought Yes! My kind of style! You’ve inspired me to keep going with my weird, boring or too-buttoned-up outfit creations.
You are so much fun to watch, Diana. I love your adventurousness, your breezy encouragement and your joyous originality. I'm working my way through your videos, and loving every minute! ✨🩷🤩
(I went through a pretty intense frumpy phase after having a baby and leaned into it pretty hard for longer than I care to admit, so I am partial to those shalwar pants.) When you put that blazer on? Dayum. That red set turned into a trompe-l’œil jumpsuit and I am living.
Hi Jade! Thank you! I'm afraid my bag collection is small and probably not worth making a whole video about, but who knows? Maybe someone wants to see my 5 bags!
@@unblahyourself little Edie has become a style icon. There’s a Barbie…it’s a must see documentary. The movie with Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange was pretty good. There is also a spoof with Bill Hader and Fred Armistan that is spot on…but ends much differently.

I love hair scarfs, but I am conscious about cultural styles- some styles worn by white women might be offensive to some people and I agree that some of these styles are not for me. I choose mine from the many others. Thank you for the video ❤

🤗 thank you! Yes I'm also waiting on that fall weather... it's in the 90s tomorrow! Got my pile of sweaters ready though.
I loved all three of this series...your style is so fun. Keep it up😊

Hi Range! How did you like the red spicy jail outfit? It started off so awful! 😅
(I went through a pretty intense frumpy phase after having a baby and leaned into it pretty hard for longer than I care to admit, so I am partial to those shalwar pants.)

😂😂😂🥰
LOL "a leetle bit! A leeetle beedle!" You remind me SO much of my friend who's a genuine Queen Baddie.
Wow, I have hazel eyes too and would never think to wear a bright green sweater!😗
You could put on a burlap bag and it would look good on you! Such a fun channel and you are a delight and inspiration.
Thank you! 😘
“Deck-uh-leh-TAHZH.”
That green on you!! ❤
You are a styling genius!! I’m addicted. And humbled.
I'm glad you're having fun! 😘
What a lovely collection ,and you have a nice smile too. Please also do a video on your best bags, and bags you regret buying, and why...❤

those crane pants!!!!!
😂 spicy jail 😂 ❤
Thank you, Diana, for saving me from French Chic 😂
I don’t like collars either and you are funny that you call it men collar. Love it 😂. I always remove them. It’s easy.
I have cut so many off!
You’re amazing! Who would have thought that putting these pieces together would create such stylish outfits! Thanks for showing us how! ❤️
Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! Thanks for being here, Bella.❤
Fun video 😍
That graphic tee would have gone with the skirt too.
yes!
You should do a website store!
And sell you scarves too! I would be your first costumer 😊
That's funny you say that... that's next on my agenda! The scarves just arrived! I'm so excited! 🤪
Fantastic! what’s your website
Hi, if you're interested, my store is now up! Www.haelixdesigns.com
Am trying to focus on your 10 minute clean up video but you keep interrupting me with these fun videos!!! ❤❤❤
Sorry!😅
@1:48 Kanye West style! 😂
Goodness! Was there a style rule I didn't know about not showing an open midriff after 40? I break that rule... A lot. Oops! 😅
I think if you want to show it at any age it's all good, but most over 40 just don't want to. 😁
If you have a fat or flabby midriff, it is not attractive.
Again yet another Grey Garden moment….
I'm unfamiliar with Gray Gardens except that the characters wear head scarves?

Your point?
That the outfit looks crazy.
Dieser Körper Bereich nennt sich Dekolleté
Im Film schauen die Augen braun aus
Yes, I'm not quite sure why that happened here!
The skirt is a loser forwards or backwards, making it weirder doesn't really work with that combination, imo.

Wear what speaks to you. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. ❤
Those tassels don’t go with that collar. They keep hitting it and the collar makes them less obvious. You need a collarless shirt with them.
