I really like the outcome in all those pieces and how you use what not only you already have but you introduced the piece to the pieces you use the most. Thanks for your ideas that transcends age
For items you "don't wear", you did a pretty good job of creating fabulous outfits. I would rock that Chatreuse skirt with a navy blue silk blouse. Well done
Yes, navy is great for contrasting with a bright color. Pink ahem lol I'd also style the chartreuse with a light tan for another classic neutral/bold color combo
For me, sometimes I put off wearing something because I either don’t own the right bra for it or the right shoes. I have a hard time finding basic flats that work with my wide toe box but also accommodate feet that are different sizes. I have no problem wearing sandals, but it’s those cooler season or classier outfits that I struggle with.
This was fun! Love the green skirt with the grey sweater…. Was also thinking a rich brown could work… leather or knit. I really appreciate the idea of taking more formal wear and challenging myself to make it casual enough for regular wear.
Yes! I’m glad you brought up the “elevated” overuse. I wish I could pinpoint when this started. It really gets on my nerves- there are so many other words people can use. I love the way you styled your clothes and am impressed at the fantastic fit of all of them.
This was such a down to earth styling video! The outfits were very wearable and normal looking. I loved the black top with the skirt best - but they all came out great!
Love it! It is a great try on the never worn pieces! I love the combination on the black crewneck with the green skirt. You pop up well on black, more than the gray one.
My only take is to wear a more cropped blazer with a long skirt. Because you ve mentioned in previous videos that you wish you had long legs, a long blazer and long skirt make you appear shorter and since you are already short and petite, it doesn't elongate your frame. Love the green sneakers. One of my favorite shades of green besides olive. Now you just need a green bag or some jewelry with green accents
This is full of brilliany ideas to wear things we love but don't seem to fit in with our current lifestyle. I've got a lot of corporate wear which no longer serve me as such but you've given me numerous ideas. I think the secret is dressing everything down with jeans, leather jackets and sneakers. I'll be trying out some of your ideas later on. Thanks again Adeline😊
Love the green skirt with the black crew. That looks excellent. The light colored jeans look great rolled up. I don’t usually like cuffed pants of any kind but those look terrific I wouldn’t have them hemmed and then the long black skirt looks fabulous with the white T-shirt, the black jacket and the white tennies because the shoes have black in them so it’s all tied together looks excellent. I would definitely take that Black skirt to Japan and the green tennis shoes looks fabulous girl 💅💅💅
the white Sezane shirt would go great with the denim skirt too. Plus Sneakers or Birks, add a basket bag. (also the dark blue silk shirt would go great with the denim skirt)
Thank you!! Recently bought a long black skirt on ebay but didnt realise how long it was. But now seeing how you style yours (they are similar length) i feel much better about the purchase!
I know you said you had regretted buying the adidas samba sneakers, but they look so great with all the outfits. I recently purchased them and to me they are one of my best purchases because they look so good with everything and they are incredibly comfortable. I enjoy watching your channel❤
Love this video. Love how you are showing us how to do this with using your own clothes. Love the green sneakers with the black shirt as I’m a sneaker head girly! 😍💚👟
Clothes from old jobs (a) often have bad vibes associated with them; (b) were intended for a specific office climate, where temperatures are often variable, too hot/humid or too cold. For both those reasons, it makes the items hard to switch to regular non-work life. Salvageable silk tops work best in summer, imo, e.g. with denim jeans or shorts, sandals or flats.
how about pairing the green slip skirt with the taller boots? I like the skirt with your grey sweater - its definitely less "harsh" on the eye :) and with the blazer it looks great too :)
If I had black knee high boots I think it would look fab! But I only have brown ones which I think would clash with the green. Still looking for the perfect black ones 🙌🏼
The white blouse is to pretty to hide under a blazer ir jacket. Looks fab with jeans. Beautiful skeeves and detail. Rock it on it's own! The green skirt would look great with navy too.
Adeline, your link for the black crewneck sweater just takes me to Uniqlo's home page. Could you post the exact link? I'm not sure if it's cotton, cashmere or what. Thanks! ❤
I think all the outfits were nice on you. But I don't know you and I could understand if you don't like the skirt because it's not your style anyway. Because if I like these outfits on pictures it doesn't mean I would like to wear them. It wouldn't be my style too.

love green skirt with grey and black sweater 🖤💜

Honestly, the outfits are all absolutely amazing, but I loooove the ones with the black skirt!

That’s a really good point. The undergarments or the right shoes play a really big part in our outfits. You’ve given me video ideas 🤭🤭

Agree, and “makes you look expensive” (the person, not even the clothes!) is even worse
I love the black sweater with the green skirt the most.

I'm inspired to do the same with some pieces I really like but don't wear. Thanks!
Yes to the sneakers with the maxi skirt - especially with the sportier top + leather jacket 👌☺️
grey and green 🙏🏼
Love the green trainers with the skirt! 😊

That was very inspiring! Thanks for taking us along with your editing journey.
That was so inspiring, I’m definitely going to do this with some of my hardly worn pieces.
I love the green skirt. think of fall and winter with black boots and the black crew neck. Nice outfits.
I enjoyed this clip!. You've a great calm Voice and Aussie accent free!
I'm british!! 😅

oh, my favourite is the last few outfits with the maxi black skirt! they look so "natural" and hence effortless on you😊 cheers from Malaysia🎉
My parents are from Malaysia ♥️
@AdelineLoke wow, happy to know that 😍😍😍
Love this! ❤ beautiful outfits, love the pops of green with the skirt and the trainers x
Black with the green yes and yes with blazer
The black skirt outfits are just soooo good!! ☺
Black and white shirt with white jeans and the white one too
I have a slip lime dress and wear it with a gray turtleneck underneath and whithe ankle boots
You have an elite sense of style
Love the green shoes with the black
Good job! I have a black slip skirt which I rarely wear. I will try pairing it with different items from my closet.
All of the outfits worked. There wasn’t one that I liked the best. You did a great job. 👍🏻
Thanks ♥️♥️

I also have the perfect slip dress, but have never worn it. Not even once, since I don't find the occasion to wear it. Thank you for the video.
Really enjoyed this. Made me itch to try some things in my wardrobe.

@@AdelineLoke good luck then! :)
btw all the outfits with the black long skirt were a hit! I often wear mine with my high top converse:)
The white blouse is to pretty to hide under a blazer ir jacket. Looks fab with jeans. Beautiful skeeves and detail. Rock it on it's own! The green skirt would look great with navy too.
Sorry for the typos!
It’s too cold to wear on its own 🤭🤭
I think the problem with the green skirt is the length. If it were shorter, it'd be perfect!
love this so much! I have tons of pieces I don't wear anymore and now I feel so inspired 💗
Aww I’m so glad! Take some time to do it, I had a lot of fun ♥️
I love your video, this is so nice combination.
This video was very helpful - thank you for the ideas.
The green sneakers might look good with the green skirt
Your words should be casual and chic❤❤❤❤❤❤
Loved it! Thank you!! Gave me some ideas.😃
LOVE all the outfits ❤❤❤
Thank you ♥️♥️
Great video. Very helpful.
I like all of your looks

Sorry, it might be cause we are in different countries. It’s the merino wool crew neck xx
New subscriber ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for subbing! xxx

The cuffed jeans make ur legs look longer and the white and black tennis look good not green
