DUMBBELL LEG WORKOUT: OK guys I was walking a little funny for a couple days after this one! Four circuits today with 3 sets of each leg exercise. We need the multiple sets today to build that lean muscle and strength - so no complaints today about repetitions deal? ;) lol Challenge yourself to use heavier dumbbells and complete every rep we are aiming for 10-12 in today's workout. You got this!!

This was Heathers best! Bring on the strength for building muscle. I know people get bored easily but you don’t get bored if you hyper focus on form and progressive overload. I was not bored doing my deadlifts with My barbell loaded with 90 pounds! I 💕u Heather!

This is Moe and I just did this workout today and loved it. Appreciate that you don't fly through the exercises like some trainers do. I have always been taught slower and controlled. Looking forward to doing more of your videos. I do a different instructor for a week at a time and this week you are it. LOL Great workout thanks.
So true about repeated sets!!! Repeat the same exercise at least every week for 4-6 weeks to see the muscles start building! More videos like this please 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I am one of those girls who prefers to not repeat but I enjoyed this workout. It kept moving and we only needed to repeat 2 moves so thanks again for another great workout!

Hi Heather! I thought ohhhh 20 mins, I got this. I went heavy since there was no cardio and I was garbage in the 4th circuit and my legs were definitely mushy going up and down my steps last night. Feeling it in my hamstrings today. Great miniset here. Thanks!!

Wow holy fire 🔥 legs are shaking. First time doing this video. I don’t like repeats but this was good. It’s 2 moves done 4 times with 4 circuits. I love the repeats on legs I can feel the burn. I finished upper body strength with you Heather and now I’m done with legs. Monday workout ✅ Hr 166 Cals207 BPM 169. Love to spilt the total body work outs. More please !

Thank you for the workout! What I did was add an additional set to the last superset and then went through each exercise that was on the video 2 more times straight through 10 reps each for an extra challenge. Cant wait for the next one!

I remember I had trouble sleeping at night after doing this workout because my legs and butt were so fatigued, and they were so sore the next couple of days. I was so happy though. Can't wait to go through this again tomorrow! Haha
I’m not at the point of actually enjoying doing exercise yet (I know I do once I’m in the habit, it’s the getting there that ruins me), but I actually found this kind of fun! Nothing too intense if you keep the weights low and easy to work your way up to heavier weights. I’ll be using this one a lot 💓
