- Time to dust off those KETTLEBELLS for today's FULL BODY STRENGTH Workout!! We have three kettlebell circuits that will target the upper body, lower body and core for a total body sweat sesh. Thank you for a very creative kettlebell class, Heather! I loved how you organized the session (upper body, abs, lower body). I am into 1 hour workout sessions, so I doubled down on this one and it worked great! Most exercises can be done without a kettlebell as well, which I found pretty neat. Many thanks again!

Yay!! It’s been forever since we’ve had a kettlebell workout. I’m doing this one TODAY! Thanks, Heather, for all the fantastic workouts. I totally credit you for how fast I bounced back after a hysterectomy. My surgeon cleared me at the 2 week mark (it’s usually a 6 week minimum).

This was an amazing sweat sheesh, I only have a 15lb kettle bell but i just improvised and used a heavier weight for the heavier exercises. Felt awesome to swing that bell at the end. Thank you HR
