    Great job on the squats Michael👍🏻 been out of pocket this week . Feel like I’ve been playing catch up . Hvnt been on RUclips in several days

      Thanks. Seems i get a little "out of pocket" from time to time. Cant seem to catch up on videos and some days I dont even feel like doing videos..Its work for sure.
