I tried following and your recipe is very accurate. But I adjusted the baking temperature slightly. Thank you very much for your honesty in telling the recipe. The dessert turned out very cute, but it was too big, 8 cm each. I used 40 grams of purple potato filling, not including 1 egg yolk. Maybe it was because I used a lot of filling and still had 1 egg yolk.
But my pastry dough was too dry, I think next time I might need to add a little more water.
