    These flowers all look very beautiful Annie, I love them all. I’ll have a go at a few of them. I already do the ones that you twist the material around and around but it’s great to know how to do many more. Now you’ve made these I do recall some of these from when I was younger but I was never really interested back then like I am now. I could have learned heaps if I’d been interested enough to listen and watch what others were doing. Hav3 a great week and thanks for your video I loved it.

      Pamela, thank you so much. I can say the same. I remember my grandmother doing some handiworks and crafts and I wish I had taken the time to learn things like crochet and hand embroidery. She was a true artist but it's never too late so I may start looking into other forms of crafting. Thanks again for watching

    I love that you are fun and silly . I want to start a RUclips channel, but not sure if I would be good at it .

    • @IndieAnnieJones1
      @IndieAnnieJones1  4 месяца назад

      You should go ahead and start your channel. Don't worry about weather. You'd be good or not. You never know what people are looking for out there. Some people feel very shy in front of a camera and that's fine. I've seen many many channels that never show the artist or the crafter. I've seen other videos as well that don't even have any voice over or instruction. Just images, video and music. So there's very many different ways for you to try to start off your RUclips channel. The most important thing is to give yourself grace and be very patient with yourself and learn from others. Good luck to you

    Thank you for reminding me about these flowers! I made over 300 of them for my daughter’s wedding 12 years ago, I was traumatized at the time and never wanted to hold fabric to flame again,, but now I’m recovered and ready to make more for my Easter decorations. Thanks again Annie, you always inspire me.

    The satin, taffita technique reminds me of the technique we used back in 70s whereas we used Kleenex to make the decor to pull thru chicken wire for the homecoming floats (without using the fire of course). We had to make hundreds and hundreds for the floats. Beautiful.

    • @IndieAnnieJones1
      @IndieAnnieJones1  11 месяцев назад

      Oh my gosh, how cool! I have never made a float though. I think I would probably enjoy being part of a team. I had so much fun making all of these flowers and it's so good to know that if you ever need a flower and you have extra fabric that you can make it yourself instead of going out and buying it. God bless you!

    You make the most beautiful fabric flowers I have seen, and I have watched several crafters make them! Thank you.🥰👍👍❤️✅✅

    I so enjoy watching you! I’ve been looking for a tutorial on that one large lavender flower made from 12 squares of three sizes cut into circles and sliced on the folds, then rippled at the edges with the flame. To me, it’s the most romantic. So grateful to learn how to make it on your show. Again, I really enjoy watching you!
    Respectfully, M Dray

    You are so talented and willing to share your creations Thank you! I wasn't expecting you to jump right in on your projects and I'm glad you didn't start out with a lot of unnecessary talk . This is one of the best craft videos I've seen. ❤

      Well thank you so much Debbie. I talk a lot during the videos themselves, but I don't like to waste a lot of time in the intro to just get to the projects. So glad you enjoyed it and I'm so glad that this is helpful to you. Good luck making your own beautiful blossoms!

      Oh my gosh! Yes, how gorgeous. I'm glad I put different types of flowers all together, making it easy to try different styles and it's so great when you have little pieces of fabric left over. Have a blessed day
