After laying down most of yesterday with a monster migraine, and sleeping 9 hours last night, I really needed to get up and MOVE today and get sweaty! This no repeat no equipment workout was just what I needed today to move, but not have to think too much. Thank you, Tracy!

I’ve been on vacation so I have a few of your workouts to catch up on, but I was able to move daily anyway when I was there, just no weights. This was a fun one. Sometimes I feel like not using weights at all is a step back, but this is probably the sweatiest I’ve been, and I do love having my heart rate up for an extended period of time, I was the same age as piper when I realized how much exercise helped my mental health, back then I didn’t care too much about my physical health but 40 years later I’m so grateful that it clicked then. Thank you Tracy for your dedication and always for your wisdom. 💪🏼😘
I truly loved this workout! I’m just getting into it after having a hysterectomy! So I love how you mention modifications so if I can’t do that particular workout I know I can do the modifications! So thank you!
Absolutely loved it! I started working out with you on July 6 this year and been loving it! I always really liked cardio but been really enjoying all the strength training😅I like that you always start out with a warm up and finish with a stretch😁 see you tomorrow, have a great day everyone!

Amazing workout ❤❤❤. It has been about a year that I have been following your workouts. Usually I am not able to do the workout the same day as It is released as I also do a lot of Kick boxing. So if I skip a workout I write It down, put the paper on the fridge, when I do the workout I cross it out. Thank you ❤❤❤

Today I needed a no- weight workout, and I wanted to sweat. This was perfect. I may not have liked every exercise, but I did every one! 😊
