    After laying down most of yesterday with a monster migraine, and sleeping 9 hours last night, I really needed to get up and MOVE today and get sweaty! This no repeat no equipment workout was just what I needed today to move, but not have to think too much.

    Today I needed a no- weight workout, and I wanted to sweat. This was perfect. I may not have liked every exercise, but I did every one! 😊

    This was great for me today. So stiff and sore from being on the plane for so long coming back from Australia. My neck, hips and lower back needed some movement. Thank you x

    I’ve been on vacation so I have a few of your workouts to catch up on, but I was able to move daily anyway when I was there, just no weights. This was a fun one. Sometimes I feel like not using weights at all is a step back, but this is probably the sweatiest I’ve been, and I do love having my heart rate up for an extended period of time, I was the same age as piper when I realized how much exercise helped my mental health, back then I didn’t care too much about my physical health but 40 years later I’m so grateful that it clicked then. Thank you Tracy for your dedication and always for your wisdom. 💪🏼😘

    I truly loved this workout! I’m just getting into it after having a hysterectomy! So I love how you mention modifications so if I can’t do that particular workout I know I can do the modifications! So thank you!

    Absolutely loved it! I started working out with you on July 6 this year and been loving it! I always really liked cardio but been really enjoying all the strength training😅I like that you always start out with a warm up and finish with a stretch😁 see you tomorrow, have a great day everyone!

    Sweat out? Ho-ly! Facecloth is soaked, hair still dripping. Love your no repeat workouts Tracy! It keeps you on your toes and thankful each move is over and done with, lol. Putting this one on my 2x/mo list. I am loving your routines. Been following almost every day for a month now. Seeing some definition. Thank you for all that you share!

    I did this workout while staying at a vacation house with no equipment, with the exception of a random single 10 lb dumbbell that I worked in. Just what I needed. Thank you!

    Loved the workout. Your no equipment , cardio workouts are right up my alley. I used to run but can't now , however I can jump and hop all I want to your cardio workouts fit the bill for zone 2 training for me. I'm so glad I found your channel. Keep up the good work..outs!!

    Wowe this was for sure an ultimate amazing bodyweight workout. I haven’t done this format in a while. It felt good though. 😅
    I Love the combination of the no repeat and the fabulous excersises through the whole workout.😅

    Amazing workout ❤❤❤. It has been about a year that I have been following your workouts. Usually I am not able to do the workout the same day as It is released as I also do a lot of Kick boxing. So if I skip a workout I write It down, put the paper on the fridge, when I do the workout I cross it out. Thank you ❤❤❤
