are you ready to smash a new 40 MIN All Standing Cardio HIIT Workout?🔥💦
Get your heart all pumping, get drenched while having fun!
This Workout is another fun and super sweaty Cardio x HIIT Session, which involves our total body while not going down on the floor this time. (Only for the warm up an cool down though).
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

This was loads of fun. No one would ever look at me and say, there's an athlete, and that's okay, but man, these workouts make me feel like an athlete! And that's what counts, so thanks and keep up the stellar work!

I typically stay away from HIIT but I know that I need to incorporate these workouts weekly. In 3 years, this was probably one of the hardest workouts I have done. By the end I might have been wishing for some burpees and pushups-lol. Definitely not as graceful and as powerful as you but I'm happy to say I made it thru and feel so strong and badass for doing so!❤

Girllll I love this one 😍 lots of high knees feels so good to my core and abs! Plus you realy don't need much space to rock this one, don't need anything so you can do this everywhere at anytime so no excuses 😁 For me this is a keeper, in between my power workouts to do my cardio at home because I never do my cardio's at the gym. OMG was this workout brutal!! It was a lot harder than I had anticipated and wasn't sure if I was going to make it to the end after 10 minutes but I did! I think this might be the hardest workout you have ever created 😂

Thank you for this great workout! It not only challenged my endurance but also my coordination 😄 I've been having issues with my elbow ( a tennis elbow) probably because of a shoulder problems and I have to be very careful with weights and I was waiting for a new all standing no equipment workout because I've done all the others on your playlist over and over again. 😅
