That was so energizing! I've been doing lots of strength training throughout the week, so it felt good to do a whole session of body weight cardio. 👍I did about half-and-half high impact/low impact, and my HR was up the whole time! This was a sweaty one 💦, and a nice leg burner! 🔥SO FUN!!

I have been doing your strength videos for some time now, but just switched to the fat loss stream a week again when I was reading something you had posted about working on weight loss before muscle building. I have built up some incredible muscle and now hoping to lean out more. I loved the breath work at the end and everything you said. I have been doing neuro feedback with an incredible practioner for over a year trying to re-train my brain (I'm having some health issues that are believed to be a neuro issue because my brain has been stuck in a hyper state of fight or flight for a very long time). I did want to add one thing to what you said. My therapist said that to strongly activate the parasympathetic, you need to not do things evenly. For example, inhale for 4 seconds, but exhale for 8 seconds. I do the box breathing after workouts, but in times that I'm trying to re-focus my brain, calm from anxiety, stop ruminating, etc, then I use that uneven breathing method. Anyway, sorry for the lengthy comment, but just wanted to share. Thank you for all you do! It took me a long time to find the right trainer to follow and I'm so thankful I found you!
Amazing body weight workout. The excercises are a great variety of cardio strength and control. I had a good time. The 4 sec. breathing was hard to get under control. Needs more practise I 🤔 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️
I was dreading doing some cardio but felt like my body needed something different after days of weight training. This workout was surprisingly enjoyable and went by quickly with a large amount of calories burned. Thank you again for the continued variety!
