My day started super stressful, so I chose this workout today, my heart puming up my legs shaking, I managed it fully although my mind was thinking cortisol levels😅. With all honesty Tracy please know how you are helping women all around the 🌎 warm regards.
That was fabulous and sweaty once again! Love the 3 rounds too, so doable. Thighs were a bit sore from the descending legs but still felt great! Thanks for all you do!
