Yes!! I too have been running since I was 11 and am 54 -same issues, every time that I turn around, more injuries - I absolutely love Tracy and her workouts, really testing me! lol.. I am not a weight girl and this is extremely challenging, while getting my cardio and strength! Thank you soo much tracy!
I don't know how you manage pushing through the workout without swearing 🤭 I swore after the first set, like a pirate. It was absolutely brilliant. I enjoy all your workouts, and I'm sure I will come back to this one again. It's a killer one, especially the burnouts🥵 Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us ❤
Wow, Tracy, this one was super intense, and fun with the cardio intervals in-between! I liked the format of lighter/faster, then 3 strength , and a burnout. 👍Whew, those burnouts! 🔥 I needed a bit more time to recover between each strength move, so I paused the video for a few more seconds, to make it about 15 to 20 seconds. That was excellent focusing on one muscle group at a time, nice overload! 😁
Tracy, you really put together the BEST workouts with weights and cardio! They have variety, are challenging and are very effective! Thank you for the info on the breathing and release of cortisol and getting your parasympathetic nervous system back in line. Very interesting! ❤
Great upper body arm strength workout. I like the combination of light to heavier weights. It’s challenging and I felt the burn. The cardio was great too. I’m glad I joined this workout.😅 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️
Came back to this today. Love this workout. You really feel it. I love that a lot of the moves are compound. More bang for your buck. You really need the cardio segments in between to recover. I especially love how high my heart rate gets in this work out. That’s harder in upper body workouts. Thank you so much. I need to try to find a chest and back upper body workout for later in the week.

Loved it!!!!! In relation to your comments at the end, to be able to catch yourself in the event of falling at a later age. Well, I’m grateful that i have always loved to work out and feel strong and even more grateful that i am following you. If you remember the last challenge, in March, I started the challenge, however, five/six days into it i hurt my left leg badly. The mat that i was working out on moved as i was doing skaters to my left and noticing the movement of the mat scared me and the first thing i thought of jam your foot so you dont fall. I did jam my foot, didn’t fall and break anything but my left leg has paid for it. Still going to Osteopath and he has said many times that the fact that I do what i do, saved me from a worse outcome. Hence, i have been working out to suit my leg, keeping both legs on the floor at all times to not put so much stress on that one leg. Doing what i love basically has saved me from something worse. Thank you for your workouts Tracy but thank you even more for all the knowledge you share with us.
Loved this 💪🏼. I’m so glad you started incorporating cardio into your strength workouts. I’ll be honest, I use other channels to look for workouts but always end up back here. I’m 62 and my shoulders and arms are more sculpted than when I was an instructor many years ago. Thank you for what you do. 💜😊. PS… my legs are too bad either 😜 48:13
Fantastic workout, Tracy!!! I can't believe you made that up on the fly! As Wordle would say, impressive! Haha. I really liked this work out, although those burnouts. Oh my goodness gracious. Even the 10's on the skull crushers! Wowza.
Loved it! I used to only do full body strength and/or cardio! I now see the benefits of isolating particular body parts and burning them out! Nowadays, I rotate between full body and body-part specific exercises ! And I still enjoy my first love - cardio - :)
Brilliant workout. Had to adjust my weights a couple of times but that's fine, I can certainly increase as I get stronger! Thanks Tracy! Off to do my Box breathing to round out my Move Daily Workout! ❤
First workout since stage 4 Breast/lung cancer diagnosis 8/22!! ... was even on Oxygen back then. Was a gym rat prior ... completed entire workout & lungs feels great! Arms arm my strength ... loved it! 💪🏼
It would depend entirely on your goal :) 2-3 times a week (or a combination of any appropriate upper body session), if your goal is to build lean muscle

Yikes, so glad it wasn't worse. Yes, I mean, accidents happen, but if we are healthy and fit and strong, we'll have a better outcome for sure.
