That was an amazing top 9 upper body strength workout. The first workout after doing low impact workouts for some days. I tried to go heavier with the dumbells. I used mostly the 10lbs and 12lbs for the heavier. I had a good time. Thank you Tracy.👍😅💪❤️
Thank you for this great workout. Finished with a nice 10 minute whole body stretch. Due to hereditary high Cholesterol and type 2 Diabetes I am at risk of both so I have regular checks and today 2 months since my last check my body composition showed an increase of 1.55 lbs (.7kg) of muscle mass and a decrease in mass fat of 2.42lbs (1.1kg) all down to following your workouts and eating well! My heath care professional said just keep doing what your doing. So thank you Tracey you keep me motivated and strong 💪 ❤
