    Shaky arms on the forth round, could definitely feel it. Had to go down in weights to keep good form. This one also going on repeat. ❤💪

    I absolutely loved this! I have sore pecs today. Loved the 4 sets. Made a huge difference. It was really tough but so good. Please make more weight workouts with 4 sets. You're awesome T. Thanks so much.

    I’ve been working out my entire adult life but right now I consider myself the strongest I’ve ever been and I owe that to you! Your workouts and inspiring words continue to push me to challenge myself and work towards the goal of longevity. (Even in my early 30’s!) Thanks again for another amazing workout. ❤

    Wowza! That certainly was a killer, and that 4th round burned! 🔥💪 l iked those Ahren's presses, they feel a lot different than regular overhead presses, and I had to go lighter. My upper body is still shaking, even after the cool down! 😅
