I’ve been working out my entire adult life but right now I consider myself the strongest I’ve ever been and I owe that to you! Love this workout! Wondering if you would be able to make 1 more that is all upper body ( all parts upper) and no lower body. This is just what need in between runs. Done several times and would Love one more Similar. Ty for your awesome Content!
Wowza! That certainly was a killer, and that 4th round burned! 🔥💪 l iked those Ahren's presses, they feel a lot different than regular overhead presses, and I had to go lighter. My upper body is still shaking, even after the cool down! 😅

Shaky arms on the forth round, could definitely feel it. Had to go down in weights to keep good form. This one also going on repeat. ❤💪
