Oh Tracy, bless your heart for doing another knee friendly workout!! I personally appreciate ot so very much. You never, ever compromise on the effectiveness on your knee friendly sessions. I have arthritis in my left knee and oftentimes squats and lunges are torture for me but VERY few instructors do lower body workouts without them. You are my absolute GO TO for fantastic, effective knee loving lower body workouts. A HUGE hug and thank you again!!!❤❤❤❤
Tracy - I am 69 years young and started following you a few years ago when you posted (what still is) the BEST seated upper body workout with weights. (At the time, I couldn’t bear weight for 8 weeks.) I have tried many of your other videos and could keep up with some, but with many I couldn’t and certainly not with the amount of weight you used 😊. Now I have severe osteoarthritis in my knee so knee friendly workouts are a must. I remembered yours and they are wonderful for my body and my mind. Thank you for your powerful messages about aging well and strong. 💜
I just found this because I was looking for a knee friendly lower body workout, after I injured my knee and knew I couldn't do squats or lunges. I'm not a beginner, but was able to spice the workout up by using a resistance band and heavier weights. Got a great workout that didn't jack up my knee. Thanks!
Great knee friendly and upper body friendly for me, pinched nerve in arm not sure what is going on….probably overdoing weights Thank you Tracy for keeping me moving in other directions till I get this looked after ❤️🔥
Such a perfect workout for me today. I aggravated a foot injury three weeks ago and have been doing just upper body or floor workouts (trying to keep moving), but this fit the bill for getting back into it!!!! Also of course loved your talk at the end. Thank you
