This is by far the best knee friendly workout I have seen in a VERY long time!! Truly knee friendly and works the entire lower body. This workout is a TRUE 10, Tracy!! Everyone with knee issues and wishes to work their lower body NEEDS this workout!! I absolutely LOVE it and will use this one alot!! Thank you soooooo much❤❤❤❤❤

Thanks for your comments. Its difficult as its not possible to account for every single knee challenge or issue, but I include a variety of moves that will hopefully be OK for most people. Please always feel free to substitute any moves for another, if its more comfortable for you :)
