I've been struggling with a few injuries, and took a week off from working out, but my physical therapist said it's ok to get back at it as long as I'm careful. I lightened the weights and just increased reps if I felt like my muscles weren't getting to fatigue doing maybe 15 or 20 reps instead of 12. Best of both worlds, and I feel so much more positive because I'm no longer losing the muscle gains I've worked so hard on. Your talks at the end of the videos taught me this, so thank you so much!!!
I love the shoulder results and I too love the look, it is always worth the effort and yes the clicking is annoying, I get it in my shoulders. A great workout, thanks Tracy

I love this workout!!! My shoulders realllly love it! I do this one weekly right now to get volume on my shoulders and build strength! Just finished it today for Week 6 and Lifting heavier every week! Up to 25# on the SS Shoulder press! Got my eyes on the 30#

Wow, this was a fantastic pump for the shoulders! 🏋♀By the end, my delts were definitely running out of steam, but I made it through! 😁🔥Those Poloquin raises are deceptively hard. 😅I had to go down to 3 lbs for the last 2 sets, I'll have to get stronger on those! 😊After this, I did a 30-minute sports cardio workout. Whew, what a great workout today! 💦
