    Look at that 100K!!! Great workout and great job Trace. That' s a resume update. Like splitting the sides up. Takes more time, but is a nice option depening on what you have available and physical condition. Keep it up Blondie. 💪🏽

    The 25 reps were very challenging but I was able to push through it until the end! I really enjoy your talks at the end as we are stretching too. Thank you for being an inspiration and giving us all motivation to keep moving daily! ❤

    I love iso lateral training, it's good to do sometimes to really challenge each side. 3 rounds of each was great, and my muscles are pretty shaky now! 😁It feels good to be exercising again after being sick, but I am easing back into it.
