I always find it so humbling to use lighter weights. I was shocked at my perceived rate of exertion. Thought my heart rate was getting high, looked at my watch (more than once) and...nope haha. This was a nice change. Thank you.
I am not always a lover of using lighter weights but this workout really worked for me. The 60 second per exercise definitely made such a difference. It also made the workout seem so quick. Thanks Tracy for taking me out of what I normally like to do and try and try and enjoy a new challenge.

This was an amazing 50 min. High volume light weight workout. A great variety of volume and strength. Love the excercises the 3 rounds of 60 sec. felt as a good training for the upper and lower body. Good to handle with light weights. I had a great time.😅 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️
Loved it, Tracy!! A nice change of pace with all lower weights. I agree, 60 seconds was needed. 45 would not have been enough for most of those moves. It felt really good, especially with my elbow/forearm issue issue not to have to hold heavy weights, but still feel the muscles being worked. I would love to incorporate something like this weekly!

Holy Hannah that was tough with 5 and I only have 3 lbs weights, loved the burn out reps, very challenging with some iso moves too! Pumped up with veins popping, thank you Tracy ❤️🔥for your creativity!
I really loved this workout. Who knew the muscles could feel sonworked using only 2 and 5 lb weights. I liked the break from heavier weights. Thanks for your continued variety which never gets boring. You're an amazing trainer. Thanks so.much ❤❤❤
This was a different style of workout for me, and very challenging even with such light weights! I wouldn't call it "total body", though. For me it was full-on upper body, mostly shoulders (which I worked pretty intensely a few days ago)! In the 2nd and 3rd rounds, I switched out a few exercises to focus on biceps and triceps. Thanks Tracy, it's always fun to try something new!
Oh my word, this workout completely took everything I had to get through it. This is the first time I tried this type of workout. I now get what you mean about variety.

Loved the format and light weight volume challenge! I do a class like this at my gym - three rounds compound exercises 1 minute each but in between rounds we do a Tabata cardio - just another format idea 💡 like you don’t have enough lol! And I cracked up when you were saying you were sore from a previous workout and Siri was like “I’m sorry” 😂
Oh wow! I was thinking light weights would be a bit easier on my body… boy was I wrong! I burned a ton of calories and was feeling that muscle fatigue quickly. Great workout and great variety!
I just came across your workout. I have been exercise for longtime. I'm 67 I have slowed down getting workouts is not as hard. Your workouts are pretty tough. I was going to try some and see if I can get through them but you have really long workouts also which I know I won't be able to get through you do different things with your weight training that I like it it's a change. I wouldn't be able to use the size of wasted you use it looks really hard to me but I'm going to give one of my try it won't kill me
