Wow, that was a very intense conditioning workout; VO2 MAX indeed! My HR was certainly maxed out at certain points! 😅I think that 2nd round was the hardest, whew! And that last cardio push at the end was tough to squeak out, but I managed (barely). 😂 Great workout, Tracy! 🥰
Wow this was an intense strength cardio conditioning workout. In some rounds I dropped my weights from 15lbs to 12 lbs. 😅 I like the rounds strength and cardio and the 10 reps and 20 reps for cardio. I’m glad I joined in and love to go for the month of june challenge. 👍 Thank you Tracy.💪❤️
Wow. This one was hard. For a variety of reasons haven’t managed many workouts recently and thought this would be a good one to get back to workouts. Boy, it was hard. But I feel so good for doing it.
I love/hated that one 🤣 definitely a great workout though! The only section I had trouble keeping up with was the arm/chest section. I was a figure skater for years, so have super strong legs. Hoping my arms will catch up one day lol Thanks Tracy!

What an intense workout! I tried my best to keep up towards the end up but just ended up changing exercises when you did to avoid the stopping and starting. Thank you for always having new workouts and pushing us in different ways. I always enjoy your workouts and look forward to them! ❤
Well, I only give that 30 sec rest so the HR is going to progressively rise. I this workout, for me I can come back down to Zone 2 (I can talk, but it's work) in between.
