AMAZING WORKOUT! challenging yeah but exactly what i was looking for, there is a lack of cardio workouts on youtube that are meant to improve cardiovascular endurance and capacity rather than lose weight/ lose fat ones. This is what everyone should include in their workout schedule, working out like an athlete. As always, thanks Tracy for uploading this for free, the quality of your content and the variety you provide us is IMMACULATE. Greetings for Argentina 😀
Wow that was a great VO2 max cardio Hiit intervals & more workout. Challenging and fun it went fluently with the rest in between from low to high impact. 🥵😅 Love the excercises high heart rate 160. 💓 During the low impact it went down again. 👍 I had a good & sweaty time. Thank you Tracy. 👍💪❤️
Tracy, you mentioned this workout a few days ago, and it reminded me to try this one again. It's 2 months later, and this time I was able to go longer without resting, so I think my endurance and lung capacity has improved! 👍Those 4-minute intervals are hard, but it is good to train this way sometimes. Thank you for suggesting this, and for pushing me to my cardio limit this morning! 😅
Not sure who responds to comments under each workout, but would appreciate Tracy seeing this message! Thank you for another awesome workout, Tracy. Straight cardio is my all-time favorite! I miss the days of one hour high intensity, non-stop aerobic classes. The HIIT programs that everyone does these days are okay, but I am concerned about not doing continuous cardio anymore. Although, I work out regularly I could feel a bit of strain with this workout, which tells me I've lost some endurance from what I could do before. Lastly, although the warm-up section of each workout is short, would be possible to incorporate some different moves from time to time to keep it interesting? Thanks again. You are fabulous.
I usually workout through the transitions so it’s nonstop during all of the workouts. If I get bored during warmups I do my own thing. Hope that helps.
That was fun. Haven’t done a HIIT for ages and so enjoyed. Not sure I worked as hard as I should have been in the max part. Shall have to try it again sometime and see if I can better myself.
Thanks so much for this Tracy. I don’t run so I was looking for another way to up my VO2 max. This is ideal! There’s always a point where it feels so hard but I never regret doing this workout.
Love love love! My favorite part is when you were doing those Burpee’s and said “that’s horrible”- you took the words right out of my mouth 😂. My normal resting rate is usually about 52 so I can never get my heart rate up to the levels that other people can, this work out was probably my highest ever. So you did your job. 😛. Thanks for a great burned to start off the week. 😍
This was intense!! 🥵 i definitely want to give this another go. I got through the workout, but feel I could do better next time. Thank you fir a challenging work out Tracy 😊
A very intense and sweaty workout! I can't do 4 full minutes straight of high intensity cardio, so I did each exercise for 45-50 seconds, then rested for 10-15 seconds, during the 4 minutes of high intensity. Then, I kicked it up a bit during the lower intensity recovery to keep my HR up. I guess I didn't really follow the exact format, but I did what worked for me! 😁And I'm tired and sweaty, so mission accomplished for a great workout! 😅 For a future cardio workout, how about a 1- minute high intensity move followed by a 1-minute lower intensity move, and alternating that way?
That was a great workout. Its always fun to do something new and challenging and that was challenging! Question, my heartrate is always somewhat low and during the VO2 part it was in the 145-155 range but then the resting was around 125-135 range. Does that seem normal?
Unfortunately heart rate is so specific to the individual that I can't give advice on it. If you have any questions its always best to check with your medical practitioner. Glad you enjoyed the workout
That went so fast. I looked at the countdown clock with 2 mins to go and then my watch to confirm. How could that have been 40mins already! It felt like 20mins.
I love that you’re incorporating the latest science into your workouts. You’re the only person I’m seeing do this is and I am here for it. 😊
I appreciate that!
This workout is 🔥 🔥 !!! Please make more of these :))
Tracy, this was fabulous!🤩 I was nervous with the no rest format. I just rested when I needed to and got a great workout 🏋️♀️ 😊!
So glad! Yes it's a good way to listen to your body and give it what it needs.
That was great - love a bit of a cardio burn. I must be fitter as this wasn't at all bad. Thank you x

Fabulous workout! Loved it.
Glad you liked it!!
That was a hard workout!!!!
What would be the best to keep my heart rate throughout this workout?

My first workout with you! Thanks.
Great job!
Should this be done daily?
I would do it only twice a week.
That went so fast. I looked at the countdown clock with 2 mins to go and then my watch to confirm. How could that have been 40mins already! It felt like 20mins.
Dripping!!!!!!
This wasn’t my favorite. Can you remind me where you explain the science around this? Thank you!
