Sir ji, just stumbled upon your video, nice one .... I run coz i like running. Though I am not preparing for any race, last month my 1600 m time was at 5.5 mins. Also I am never able to cross 20km run (i.e half marathon) even after months of run. I am 44 year old. Any pointers wrt this data for improvement will be helpful.
