The cure to sebo is overall immune health, not skin alone. So many have cured by this method that no one knows. Also dont trust every doctor.
Cure is : 1, positive no matter what, your body releases positive energy and frequency, viberations that helps heal and maintain your horomones. Stress also breaks down your body, and makes horomones imbalance. I have done everything below but never cured. Bc i didnt do number 1, which is the most important.
2, eat healthy such like strong fermented yogurt( for the gut) and fruits, meat, dairy(if you can eat) veg etc. No junk food. SEBO IS NOT ABOUT YOUR SKIN BARRIER ONLY. its about your gut and overall immune health. I dont perfer eating a lot of noodles and ramen. Also brain and horomonal health imbalance causes your body to eat up oil on face.(which is why sebo is made) Danderuff, severe acne and harden teeth plaque, tonsil stone, oral health, is all related to overall immune health. Flossing will not cure tartar in fact tartar doesnt come off with floss. Shampoo doesnt help with danderuff. Brain and horomone balance is important, Which is why number 1 is important.
      3. Pray to god, and say only positive stuff to others. Theres a saying, where unhealthy body is telling your spirit something. Have Unhealthy oral?, say positive only through your mouth.
Do not go to the dentist and take drugs unless its needed badly. But oral, danderuff, sebo needs to be cured by inner health and soul only. If you got harden plaque try taking it off at home with steel if can or take it out at dentist. Its gonna make months depending on how severe your sebo is. But there will be joy in the morning so trust and live a good livestyle.
      Any questions?

4 years ago I started using shampoo with Selenium Sulfide in it--Selsun Blue. Walmart has a bargain version of Selsun blue, which i use. I use it when i shower, not only washing my hair, but spreading it all over my face and into my ears. I allow it to sit for a couple minutes before rinsing it off. I use this shampoo 4-5 times a week and the Seborrheic Dermatitis is completely under control and my face is clear. I suffered with this condition since 8th grade and in high school it destroyed my self image. I'm still glad I found this remedy at 52 though.

But the smelliest stuff ever!!! I’m scent sensitive, meaning I can sniff out any malodorous space or stuff...this stuff leaves a weird residual layer no matter how well rinsed or cleaning frequency! I just couldn’t take it, I know my husband had been successful in using it for his own issues SD, but I realized after our second apartment the smell wasn’t him🤣😂👹🤣 it was the shampoo getting on & building up on the shower curtains LOL SOOO try buying dollar tree shower curtains when using...then try to alternate in a T/SAL or Dermasil(personal greatest success using the scalp gel treatment 3% salicylic acid formulation with their 2 in 1 shampoo/ conditioner-just try to keep it on the scalp only( condition ends here) up to 15min, rinse repeat any or all steps, particularly conditioning on the mid shaft-ends especiall!!! Good luck

Well, mine comes and goes - but never completely away... the Miconazole cream helps skin, but is a greasy mess in scalp... the Miconazole shampoo (i found a pet version for cheaper, lol, ) is giving pretty good results, as is twice shampooing (I'll even add medicated selenium shampoo or pine tar WITH the Miconazole formula and let it sit for a good long time before rinsing...
Another thing that seems to help is conditioning the strands of hair, but not the scalp (coconut oil spritz for dry strands after wash...
ANOTHER thing that seems to be helping is artemesia. I make tea with the concentrate or leaf and drink it nightly - and it makes a nice wash as well - but I wanted to soften the scalp flaking, so I bought an astringent with salicylic acid and dabbed that on the flakey spots to encourage peeling and get the medicated shampoo down into those layers of skin. Again - seems to be calming the condition some. Yes, I cut sugar - just one treat in my coffee per day, and cereals more sparingly than before - it probably helped, too - seems to have been the trick for some others here. Hang in there gang - it is such a pain and a hassle, I know. Much love.

Now I have some way managed to reduce the inflammation with maybe 90% and no scales, and it's been like this for about a month. My hair is so thin on that one side now and I'm scared that my hair follicles are permanently damaged now because of that long term aggressive inflammation. The rest of my undamaged hair has grown out way thicker during these past year and a half due to me not using any hair products more than schampo. In my case i was in depression also i was consuming beer a lot and eating food of restaurant spicy and too oily and eating too much food ( not feeling appetite )also wearing helmet 2-3 hours every day taking sleep only 5-6 hours daily only (7-8 hours must sleep )after shower not dry my hair completely , i was not eating fruits daily also drink tea coffee a lot , these all problem made me sick of dermatitis
      My recommendation
1-Eat less (feel appetite then eat)
      2-sleep well 7-8 hours
3-take fruits in daily diet( kiwi and apple is best)
4- do exercise daily 30-40 minutes
      5-uncover your head mostly
6- avoid beer and gluten food 3-4 week.
      7- don't drink coffee/tea 3-4 week
      8-use anti dandruff shampoo always
      9- don't use hair oil 3-4 weeks
10- apply MAXICORTAN medicated cream on red area of allergy area

I'll add what has worked for me.
I currently use BioM8 skin conditioning oil. This is the first and only thing I've found that has worked consistently.
I've used shampoos with zinc pyritone, selenium sulphide and ketokonazole, but I've found whilst they initially work they eventually aren't effective anymore. In the case of zinc pyritone, that actually makes me skin worse.
I've also noticed that drinking alcohol has a detrimental effect so I try to limit that.
I recommend that people try biom8. It is kind of expensive, but one bottle lasts a very long time as you dint need to apply much.
Good luck if you're suffering with this, I know how it feels when you don't want to leave the house because your skin has flared and looks awful 😢

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  Год назад +1

Seborrheic dermatitis can sometimes be treated with medicated creams or shampoos, like ketoconazole, which is what "kertzol treatment" might refer to. It's not uncommon for some individuals to experience skin irritation or temporary redness as a side effect of these treatments. If you have developed marks on your face after using the treatment, it's advisable to consult with a dermatologist or healthcare provider. They can assess your skin and provide recommendations for managing any post-treatment effects or suggest alternative treatments if needed. In some cases, the redness or marks may resolve on their own, but it's best to seek professional guidance for the most appropriate care.

@joie8465 That’s a great suggestion! 🌊 Spending time by the ocean can be beneficial for your skin due to the saltwater and minerals, which can help with various skin conditions. The ocean also offers the benefits of fresh air and sunlight (with proper sun protection), which can enhance overall well-being. Just be sure to rinse off after swimming to avoid any irritation from salt or sand. Enjoy the beach, and take advantage of the healing properties of the ocean! 😊🌞✨
