Ben, always enjoy your collection updates!! That Dark Millennium album absolutely rules- "Ashore the Celestial Burden". I actually got that a while ago in part based on your review of their most recent one (which I still haven't got). But that first one is awesome. Come to find out in talking to some people online (most of them not from N. America) that "Ashore the Celestial Burden" is really kind of an underground cult classic in some circles. Like highly regarded by those that know it from the old school (early 90's). Great album!

I have the first Raate full length, Sielu, Linna. It is also really mesmerizing Burzum worship. That Thorr's Hammer material is great. It crushes the cross with might!

I got my old copy signed by Tucker in 1998 when we played with Morbid and Vader, then it got stolen... damn! Abomination, hahaha... Speckman is a friend since 2005. Let me tell you, he´s as much into mushrooms (not the weird ones!) as you are/were! Dark Milennium are fantastic, their demos were great, the debut is outstanding and they are still a fantastic live band! Greetings from Tschörmany...

I purchased Raate after You listened to it yeaaaars ago during video. Totally Burzumish sound sometimes even better than Vikernes order stuff that is sure! Personally right now I'm listening to new Darkthrone pretty good stuff but not breathtaking. Also highly recommend somw new Polish releases from this year: New albums from: Blaze of Perdition, Kalt Vindur, Hauntologist and Totenmesse from last year. Think You should check them out may like some of it.
