Just the other day I saw the making of the new album video with Slash, in that he was not wearing the glasses. In my opinion, without the glasses, he is way more good looking. :) I don't think wearing sunglasses almost all the time even in moderatly lit environments does his eyes good.
Even though I’ve listened to Slash during the GN&R days, never watched him on an interview and I’m extremely impressed of his humility and the ease of conversation with him. What a class act, thanks for having him over Ola.
@mememetal666 Why... because he doesn't play sweeped arpeggios, and flaunt skill endlessly? I don't even like Gn'R, and think this is a bs take. Platinum selling rock/metal artists, of the physical sales era, are not "overrated"? Not everybody wants to listen shred instrumentals and metal 24/7. Some people enjoy variation in life... maybe like more than one genre
When I was a kid Slash was my biggest hero , even when it wasn’t cool to like rock n roll because of grunge. I always thought I’d wake up and hear he had died because of his life style like all the other greats before him. I’m so happy he’s doing so much and been going nonstop for so long. I hope he never loses the passion. What an amazing journey it’s been.
I love these interviews. They are never boring and feel very natural. You let your guests talk about more about their passions then the basic stuff you normaly hear.🤘

The reason I started playing guitar! My first "heavy" CDs I bought was the Use Your Illusion I & II set back in the days. Awesome to see him on the channel! Great work!
I won't lie, I've never been a big fan of Slash's music, but he does always seem like a nice genuine dude who loves music. He doesn't have that "rockstar doing it for the fame" attitude. I had no idea that he does soundtrack scoring stuff and this blues album as well, that's really interesting to hear.
Slash has written and recorded guitar on songs for alot of musicians over the years. Al the way back to Michael Jackson's thriller. He did tracks for ozzy and motorhead and on and on and on.
@Playerthegamer21 its basically his image...kinda like Mustaine with his V or Hetfield with explorers...probably has a contract that says what he can and cant play
Holy shit, Slash!!! Really proud of Ola's growth. I've been following the channel since forever and it doesn't get bigger than this. Well... It does. Sooner or later he will have a coffee with James Hettfield and then he can shut off the channel and die happy 🙂
