Ground movement is a great daily movement supplement to keep you healthy and moving well. To me, a complete "primal" training approach also includes hanging / climbing work, kettlebells, and locomotion. I listen to my body to figure out what kind of workout is best for any given day - it never really feels like "a grind" this way.

Fun, quick, and a bit if a challenge! I especially liked the rock-up to side-sit, which is a nice variation and makes the side-sit more enjoyable!
