    Fun, quick, and a bit if a challenge! I especially liked the rock-up to side-sit, which is a nice variation and makes the side-sit more enjoyable!

    25/5/22 moving into the AM with the flow. I did lots of warm up for Crawl movements. Glad I practiced when I woke up. I'm so energised, thanks Kellen for the flow

    So.. can this replace regular works or supplement them? I’d like to purely go
    Primal. Not much else maintains my interest

      Ground movement is a great daily movement supplement to keep you healthy and moving well. To me, a complete "primal" training approach also includes hanging / climbing work, kettlebells, and locomotion. I listen to my body to figure out what kind of workout is best for any given day - it never really feels like "a grind" this way.
