I just have to say, I have a soccer tournament coming up this weekend, and I did this routine as a prep to my tournament and I was able to do most of the exercises with no problem, but certain ones I had to not do because of my disabilities. But the stuff I could do it challenge me. It was really fun too. Thank you so much.
This is a great way to start your day, do before a game or workout and also after to cool off. Really enjoyed how it helped me after my recovery session from injury and I’m glad you made it at 15mins that keeps busy schedules in check too. I kept pausing and rewinding to get into the next position so that may have taken more than 15mins for me though still a great follow along video. Cheers to more amazing routines. (Helped my knee, ankle, wrist and back muscles and joints too)

Yes. It's a follow along. He should include the time it takes for him to get into the next exercise. Very hard to follow along when you are scrambling and missing reps because he instantly switches through the magic of editing.

If a recommendation, if you can add pause or 10sec of change time in between your exercises. I noticed that your exercises are clip and if no time between them to switch positions I am always running behind

Really liked how you flipped direction to emphasize that we've moved on to the other side... Just some unsolicited advice, maybe give 5 seconds prep or 'rest' time between movements since I found myself stopping the video and rewinding every time a new movement came up that I wasn't immediately familiar with. Regardless, I will be adding this to my routine, keep up the great content guys!

I liked the routine, but two improvements would be: 1 multiple angles for proper form; 2 the instructor does it with the transitions. Some of these took a while to get into position, so a lot of time was lost catching up.
As there is no gap in between exercises, it makes it difficult for the person who is doing it simultaneously to keep in sync with the video. Please keep this in my mind next time.

great stuff, think on some of the more extensive stretches you may wanna leave a little, or maybe dnt edit it down so much. so you have a chance to get in the position. - but overall great video!

Pro Tip: put the video on 0.75x playback speed so you actually have time to change position and get more than 15sec of each exercise in properly
