    I have done other stretching videos after workouts but they always leave me limping around the next day. This is the best 10 minutes of my day and I look forward to it everyday. 🤸🏽❤🤸🏽

    Excellent work. I love being reminded how old I am, but now I am becoming younger. I weigh a lot, so it is a challenge to get on the floor. But I did it, and I am proud of the fact I got back up from the floor in one piece. Thank you for your wonderful work.

    미지님 자세는 교과서중에 교과서네요
    나이가 있어서 열심히 따라하고는 있지만 미지님같은 자세가 안나옵니다ㅠㅠ
    궁금한점이 있는데 근육이 좀 있는 남자같은경우도 열심히 따라하다 보면 미지님처럼 예쁜 자세가 나올까요??

    Yikes! Maybe if I were a baby or had been doing yoga for years I’d be able to do this but at 71 all I can do is holding my knees! 🥴
