Not everything is going well but it's definitely improving. At this point I'm pretty satisfied with the weight maintaining so well for so long. Call it plateau, stall or whatever, it's just not going back up. 🙏😃

Chomps are really good. I first tried them as a sample at Costco. I have one about every three days. They are a little pricey. I hope Costco will put them on sale, and I'll stock up.

I don't believe they'll ever go on sale as they sell out extremely fast. So doesn't the Think brand. These people were geniuses when creating these products as the other brands are always in supply and never sold out.

I wasn't too crazy about those Think Jerky beef sticks. Chomps rules!
Good news about the job. Glad that's going well.
You can drink too much water. All those water soluble electrolytes can get "washed" right out.

Part of that water I pack around is an electrolyte mixture I make at home before leaving. Approximately a liter worth. I didn't want to discuss work earlier because I wanted to get settled in and figure out if I liked it overall. So far they're great and communication is light-years ahead of many other places. 😃

Wish you a good move 🙏. And if you have a Costco membership be sure to get over to the business center and check out the meat prices. 👍

@@BigManAlaska Thanks! And yes, I'm excited to a full sized Costco and get all of the goodies I see on RUclips! lol

@hillaryreynolds7168 we use both Costco's because the business center has different prices and product availability. If you're in chugach you also have a 3bears store which has some great prices compared to driving to town for simple items. 3bears also has Great deals on meats.

Oh wow! I tried a little on a couple pork rinds and really liked it. Rested not long after uploading the weekly video and missed out on dinner.

Your bumps could be oxilate dumping. If crystals come out, it is definitely oxilate dumping. You can dump for years. It is insane the oxalates we hold on to.i just went through a huge dump myself. Check out “sally norton” videos. Congratulations on the inches lost.

Could be, unfortunately I'm work focused for the time being until we get completely back to normal. I'll more than likely try to find some arm covers and dig a little bit deeper. The topic is a little more complex than just one possibility of this or that. Sun is definitely a trigger, oxalate is a possibility, vitamin deficiency is also a thing. The good news is that most of these things usually fix themselves in pretty short time.

Valencia is my favorite! I like to mix it often with sriracha sauce.

I wasn't hungry after filming and I'm looking forward to trying it now. Mixing with Sriracha sounds great 😃👍

Jill was kind enough to send me a link going over the topic. I chose to stay inside after filming and went to bed pretty early. I did forget to mention when going through money struggles, we ran out of almost all of my supplements. We recently got more and um starting to take them again.

This is can accommodate pretty quickly. Unfortunately I fell asleep before dinner last night and salmon was on the menu. There's usually leftovers so I have to check. 😃👍

I managed to find something me sleeves at Bass pro, along with a dust cover for my face. Pretty decent price.
