Bacon ... I bought an inexpensive meat grinder and I grind up bacon myself then I cook the ground bacon in a cast-iron pot on the stove top. This makes fabulous bacon-bits and a good amount of bacon grease to store in a glass container. The bacon bits I keep in a zip-loc bag in the freezer and use them as I wish. They are great sprinkled on eggs or any way you wish.

My husband and I committed to going carnivore for 3 months back in November 2023. We both feel so good now we're not going back. Meat heals. My husband no longer has acid reflux. I have had asthma my whole life and in fall and winter I usually have at least one attack every day and sometimes multiple attacks. Since the first 2 weeks of carnivore I have not had even one attack. My sleep is better, my mental focus is amazing, high energy, and very importantly no anxiety or depression. I could go on but I'll just say the benefits are impressive. Give it 90 days. But research here on RUclips how to start because the first couple of weeks can be brutal as your body dumps the toxins and adjusts to the proper human diet. You might decide to turn to carnivore in stages. Dump the sugar and refined carbs right away. But do your research and decide for yourself what you think will work for you and how much you are willing to go through. I promise things will improve eating this proper human diet. I am 76 and feel so good I almost can't believe it. My best wishes for your healing journey. You can do it!❤

My meal planning consist of steak and ground beef and pork chops and eggs and bacon and I only use butter grass fed. The only thing I drink is one cup of coffee, black no creamers no sugars and I drink a shit load of water. I feel 100% better and I have more energy than I have had in a long time.

Butter, garlic and steak tips are awesome.
Short ribs and ox tail. Put that in a crock pot, little water, salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder. Amazing broth, tons of fat, and tender meat you hardly have to chew.
Chicken wings, salt and pepper, 1 TBS butter, 375 for 30 min, flip, 30 more and done. Easy as can be. Season how you want or fix up a butter sauce.
We do use garlic and onion powder for seasoning but no sugars.

Grass fed, grain finished, AMERICAN COWS...and not shipped across the globe from Australia... and keeps our money here supporting the small farmers ❤️ even dr berry has said nutritionally gras fed and finished and conventional feed lot is less than 5% nutrition different... and grain finished ( usually 10 to 20 days of their whole life) is in the middle of thst 5% and American made ❤️ I have friends in Australia and new Zealand who have both said their "grassfed" doesn't mean what it does here in the us... they are extremely huge users of synthetic fertilizers...and some days the beaches are even shut down becuase the run off into the ocean from the rain would make humans get very sick... and that's what the animals are eating in their grass... just some things to think about!

If I have scrambled eggs, I have the whole egg. If I have sunny-side up eggs, I have only the yolks but with just a wee bit of the whites; even less whites than what you had in the pan. I just don't like the whites by themselves. I guess it's the texture of the whites alone that I don't like. That's why I can have the whites scrambled together with the yolks.

My favorite carnivore meal over the past year is chuck roast and eggs. I buy this huge chuck roast at Costco and cook it in the Instant Pot for 2 hours. Then I chill it in the refrigerator over night. That’s key. This prevents it from shredding. Then I cut it up into cubes. Has so much great fat marbled in it. I make scrambled eggs cooked in bacon fat, and I put a huge chunk of butter over the meat and warm it up in the microwave, and put the eggs on top. It’s so satiating, I can’t eat this and be full all day!

OMG, that slow cooking sounds so good, definitely gonna try it.
Since u shared with us, I'll share a delicious one with u...
Start ur pan on a burner on low,
Use ur oil of choice, I use olive oil, bacon grease, and finish with butter.
Poor in a good layer of pork rinds,
Sprinkle a light layer of white cheese,
Add a layer of pepperoni and sausage, (makes for great flavor),
Add another layer of white cheese, (cheese layers keeps the dish together),
Add chunks of chicken, it really compliments the spicy meats.
Season with ur seasons of choice, (powdered garlic and smoked paprika, plus what else u choose is tasty)
Now add another layer of cheese.
I also like to add organic diced tomatoes and olives, it really adds to the flavor, but it's optional if u don't eat them.
U can add another layer of pork rinds and top off with more cheese, if desired, or don't top off with more pork rinds, your choice, but always top off with cheese.
This is like a cross between pizza and nachos, and is super delicious.
Plus u can make it with any choice of meats and cheese, but white cheese tastes the best.
Cook on low heat, (so not to burn), on a burner with a lid till all is warm and melted together.
Thanks for the meat ideas, great info. 👍

I take egg yokes place them in a bed of salt and then cover them with salt. Five days later you have little disks of delicious that can be grated like parmigiana cheese.

Hi I have been watching you and others for some time. I'm a 37 year old British male. I had a heart attack last year and I was type 2 diabetic. I was on 9 different medications and my whole body was hurting. I work in construction and it was literally hell each day working in pain and taking tramadol just to earn a wage. 8 days ago I started carnivore. Literally ribeye eggs bacon and lamb chops, water with celtic salts for electrolytes and I only eat diner each day around 4ish. My God this is life changing by day four 90% of my pain had gone. I can work without painkillers. By day 5 my energy was relentless like I was 19 again. My mood is so good I'm full up until midday and I'm drinking the water till I get home. I have seriously lost 10lbs and 4.5 of that was overnight granted I'm aware of the water retention etc but this is genuinely life changing. I have stopped taking all meds because when I do I crash. I'm not telling my doctor I have come of the meds I'm just going to get my bloods done in 40 days time and I'm really looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you mate sincerely. My wife is starting it this Tuesday

For those that think bacon is expensive, look up how to make buckboard bacon. It is made from the butt roast (shoulder) of the pig. It is a little leaner version of the traditional pork belly bacon.

Thank you for all those cooking tips. How do you not overcook the steak? I'll listen to this again. So happy for you guys. I'm trying to get my husband carnivore but boy he likes his poisons.

He didn't mention boiling steak, but I've done it a few times and it's easy, fast. I like my steak a bit rare, so 4 minutes max at roiling boil. I also hate charring, so boiling is perfect for me to not have to cut all that off.

Carnivor from England. 72 year old. Never eat processed foods except on Holidays in USA or in Cruise Ships to Caribian islands. However eat mainly plant based for 40 years. Costs a furtune to do it properly. So now I do not consider Carnivor expensive. I eat all types of meats, eggs, so I have started costing my weekly meals. This week my 7 day food of 2 meals per day totals £30.00
Bacon and eggs each morning. Mincemeat. Calfs heart. Belly pork. Ribeye (2 days) chickens wings. Ommlette/cheese. All the above besides the ribeye are very cheap. I use cooking bacon at £1.00 per pack. 8 months Carnivor. What has changed. ENERGY LEVELS. JOINT PAIN GONE. CLEARER THINKING. wish I had known about this lifestyle 45 years ago. But better late than never. 👍 to all the Carnivor influencers. Big thank you.

Insulin resistant so slow going. Going to try your breakfast pizza.

I never knew how bad I really felt all these years. It was just the norm. Now OMG! I want to chase rainbows. I have been carnivore for a little over a yr now. Slow cooker meat is my absolute favorite. I usually put in a whole chuck roast. Crave it! Lost over 80. In 60s Not one medical issue.
