    Excellent brother, I can't believe how much I needed to watch this video. It convicted me ( spanked my spirit). I couldn't understand why people didn't want to know the truth, when in fact they do want to know the truth, but the way I was conveying the truth has always been the issue. Truly, I thank you for sharing this video, it knocked me off of my high horse. Shalom

      I don't think you understand God's design for humility. Being humble or meek doesn't mean that you are a doormat.
      Philippians 2:1-3
      Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
      Proverbs 22:4
      By humility and the fear of the Lord Are riches and honor and life.
      Proverbs 15:33
      The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility.
      Proverbs 18:12
      Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, And before honor is humility.
      Zephaniah 2:3
      Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, Who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden In the day of the Lord’s anger.

    Look how Messiah taught and spoke Torah. Its very challenging bc no matter how humble you can try and be, it comes off smug to many. I’ve learned not to talk Torah bc the more i simply try to live it out, people will ask questions when they see me. Then you can answer and if they are put off or want to argue, just move on and remember they asked. My challenge is more with those who are teaching others against Torah.

    There is no reason to talk to someone not in the camp, it was always about finding a group with elders who can help you grow. There was never, that I can find see anyone speaking the truth outside a gathering of people who will come and want the truth. The scoffers and Pharisees were also a part of the gatherings with those wise enough to be able to correctly refute anything spoken that was in error. We are really not keeping to what scriptures say about this. That is why we have so many setting themselves up as teachers who are in need of someone to teach them. And why we have so much of the church still in groups, pride and hardened hearts of those who want to be leaders. Instead of those who fear and love Yah like it say.

    • @andros2950
      @andros2950 3 месяца назад

      So by this logic we shouldn't speak the truth to others but rather shun them and keep the truth for ourselves. But did Christ do that? He first died for everyone and the whole world His testimony. At least we can try to spread the truth, either about the Torah or about Christ. Israel was formed by YHWH so that they could be light for other nations

    • @stevensalfelder7219
      @stevensalfelder7219 3 месяца назад

      @@andros2950 Ir is not logic from a mans understanding it is scriptures that show the Messiah and His disciples did not go out to the gentiles or the nations to try to get them to see the truth, they went to places where they understood the Torah. Even when Peter was sent to Cornilus he was already following Torah Peter was just showing and explaining the Messiah to him. As the Jews thought highly of Cornilus and God said his offerings to Him were a sweet aroma. When it says Mat 28:19 “Therefore, go and make taught ones of all the nations, immersing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Set-apart Spirit.”
      Mat 28:20 teaching them to guard all that I have commanded you. And see, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” Aměn. It does not say stand on street corners as when the disciples did go out they either went to synagogues in the nations or peoples houses who were already walking in truth or following Torah and the disciples would bring the the good news. So show me in the scriptures not take out of context where the Messiah or the disciples went out to arbitrary places to speak to gentiles outside of gathering places whether synagogues or people homes/

    What’s your position on the New Testament Bible?

  • @advex4428
    @advex4428 3 месяца назад

    I think in general this is good advice. However, there are others, who found harsh words being in the right, not just Messiah. Like theee prophets, meaning the prophets who have books of the bible called after them, and other prophets, like John the baptist.
    I think we miss something, if we say don't follow Messiah in THIS. He's Messiah.
    Isaiah did it?
    Well, he's Isaiah.
    John the Baptist did it?
    Well, he's John the Baptist.
    In short, prophets as part of the fivefold ministry in a biblical fellowship should be led to clearly get into people's face IN A BIBLICAL MANNER.
    But I see the problem, that most all people who say they are prophets are not, and BECAUSE part of a prophet's service is to warn the church about what goes wrong, the church rejects their actual prophets.
    But again, this video is probably great advice for 99% of situations.
    Thank you and blessings!

    Jesus fulfilled the law - what happens when you fulfill a contract ? It’s no longer binding

    • @sherri675
      @sherri675 Месяц назад +1

      This interpretation doesn’t make much sense. Because there is no difference between abolishing something and making it obsolete or ‘no longer binding’. The end result is exactly the same. The word “fulfill” can’t mean the same thing as “abolish”. A better understanding of the word “fulfill” is “bring to full expression”, as to show it forth in it true meaning. Jesus fully lived out the Law. He fulfills the Law by teaching and demonstrating how to properly keep it. Jesus continued throughout His ministry to expound upon the Law bringing out it true application and meaning. Why would He bother doing that if the Law was going to go away after the cross?

      The veil hasn’t been removed from your eye yet. Ask the Holy Spirit to remove the veil and show you the truth.
      2 Corinthians 3:13-16
      “not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face so that the Israelites might not gaze at the outcome of what was being brought to an end. But their minds were hardened. For to this day, when they read the old covenant, that same veil remains unlifted, because only through Christ is it taken away. Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their hearts. But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed.”
      Your mind is hardened and a veil lies over your heart until the Holy Spirit reveals the truth of the Torah to you.
      Deuteronomy 4:25-30
      “When you father children and children's children, and have grown old in the land, if you act corruptly by making a carved image in the form of anything, and by doing what is evil in the sight of the Lord your God, so as to provoke him to anger, I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that you will soon utterly perish from the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess. You will not live long in it, but will be utterly destroyed. And the Lord will scatter you among the peoples, and you will be left few in number among the nations where the Lord will drive you. And there you will serve gods of wood and stone, the work of human hands, that neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell. But from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul. When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice.“

    Did Yeshua bully the Pharisees? Do you consider His name-calling and accusations to be "sin"? When Paul rebuked someone or groups of someones, is that Paul using Yeshua as his example or is it that Paul was a bully?
    We are supposed to be hated. HATED......NOT by the world; but hated by our own. Hated by those who claim to be surrendered. Hated by those who call Yehovah their God. Hated by those who set up a power structure. Hated by those who read scripture and claim to be following scripture just like the Pharisees. And if you are trying to avoid being hated, you are compromising. You are ignoring scripture. And you're are trying to be above your Master.
    The problem with people is that they substitute a churchianity model for a hebrew roots model that STILL disobeys scripture. A perfect example is that people ignore that the NARROW way that few will find, is rejected by so many ministries. They seek not to find those few but to gather many instead. So they compromise. They ignore scripture. And they tell people that "nice" is one of the commandments. Yeshua was not nice many many times. HE is our example; not these ungodly ministries seeking to gain their own following.

      Context is key. This video is addressed to those brand new to Torah walk. This teaching is also addressing talking to people that do not believe in the Torah.

      Yeshua and the disciples were primarily interacting with Jews who were already in the Torah.
