Those scosche put the box together 1.125 cubes I have bought them many many times I put 12 inch kicker comp r alpine type s around 6 to 8 different subs in those boxes I tried poly fill no Polly fill those Jensen with the low FS 30 htz sounds really good in that sealed box ur gonna really like them for what they are.

I have a dual xpr82d amplifier I got it for powering door speakers for a Chevy k20 truck, but I now have a 2000 dodge ram Laramie slt quad cab long bed 1500 4x4, and around 99-2000-2002 I bought a set of 10 inch xsbass Jensen subs for $24 a piece from Meijer's department food store and they pounded pretty efficiently
They get down on little power - something people forget exist these days 💪🏼
I have that box and a dual 12inch and with the correct amount of power it hits nicely.

Trust me when I say you should had most definitely went with the 1,200 watt Jensen amp it walks ALL OVER that Pioneer seriously underrated amps! There class D mono blocks first off secondly there 1 ohm stable and there rating at 1 ohm is 600 rms witch many have found to be way under rated Williston Dyno'ed one and it pulled 760 rms at 1 ohm! Serious little monsters these things are
70wx4 or 150w x2 Bridged is underwhelming, but it is after all a class AB 4 channel amp and not a class D Mono.

Love Jensen, running 2 12s with a leigesaudio 500w mono amp. Wish i would have watched the dyno on the jensen 59$ 2 channel amp from walmart before i bought the leiges amp. Running these in the rockville duel 12s ported box.

I had them in the trunk of a 86 Buick Regal sport coupe, until I put them in a truck box and put them in a 78 Chevy c20 because I bought two 600 x4 channel amps for a set of 1221d alpine type r 12 I had traded for and put those in the trunk of the 86 Buick Regal sport coupe and later a 84&85 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme brougham.
They definitely work for the budget 💪🏼🔊
Jensen's subs specialty has ways been in a bandpass box they was hot in the 2000s even best buy sold a ton of them 2 10s on 500 watt amp was great for ur first time system.

Ive been thinking about the kicker cs series power 10 substation, and the new ish hed cerwin vega single 10 power subwoofer i wonder if either one is decent enough for a quad cab truck to hear decent ish Bass response..
The kicker bassstation is terrible
The FS being 30 and sensitivity being 90 those subs reach their potential on low power I heard 6 of these on a 300 RMS amp and was shocked.
Did you ever try looking into the pioneer deh model p3700mp came out in 2005 i would call it a cheaper not necessarily as many functions but it would do fine as a cheap option for the type of programming and sound clarity you can get from the expensive 80prs mind you it's probably still the best version of the options...
Those Jensen will get decently loud because they have a sensitivity of 90 db or hier if it doing all Walmart products u shoulda did the Jensen amp with Bluetooth controlled by ur phone. But I see why u got a 4 channel I think sony has a nice 4 channel at Walmart that's got 2 40 amp fuses and does 100 RMS x4 for 99.99
I think I would of spent the extra 20-30 and got the pioneer head unit with 4 speakers see them in store for $50-75 depending what store your in.

I recently bought a budget setup for fun but I need to find something to put it in. I got a Power Acoustik CarPlay/AA unit that came with 4x6.5's for $94, a Blaupunkt amp4000d on sale for $50 and a Power Acoustik BAMF 152 on sale for $119. I'm pretty sure the midrange will suck but I think it'll get down for the cost. SQ-wise, I'm sure your setup will be a lot better but mine will be fun in its own way. I need to find somebody in Oregon that's after something like that. I do have one of the new Jensen 4ch amps if somebody wants legitimate mids, it'll still be relatively inexpensive but not as funny. Now I wanna see you meter that thing. You and Robert need to get together to do an all Boss build.

My Step son just got a pioneer stereo plus 4 6.5speakers in his 1st car. He paid $305 out the door, dude actually wanted $360 but gave him a "discount" everything sounds good an all just sucks i saw the same exact package online at walmart for $100 lol smh oh well lessoned learned.. My step son was so excited about his new stereo i felt bad smh didn't wanna kill his mood. ✌️💯🧐🌴🔊

Just picked up the Dual head unit and speakers. Good deal. Trying to find time to build a couple boxes for the speakers. The radio I replaced was a Sony Xplod. Got tired of the aux cable. The Dual is almost as loud and just as clear. Crazy how cheap a head unit can be... can't play CD's though, but I never did anyway.
I've been unimpressed with the Jensens. I have two of them. They're okay-ish for the price.
