    These are the same exact vestibular exercises my therapist had me do for weeks and at home 3 times daily ,along with a couple more. They really do work, thanks for sharing for people that can't attend rehab, for whatever reason.

      Did you recover because im having this dizziness for about two months now dont know the cause but i got this pressure somerimes in my right ear like its full and some numbness

    I did VRT after a bad car accident left me with a TBI and permanent damage to my left inner ear. I had my doubts, but it worked! No more dizziness!

    Finally a comprehensive video with a summary of all the cases that could cause vertigo :) it seems most doctors only know BPPV and labyrinthitis.

    I’ve been suffering with PPPD for the past 14 years, because every specialist was sending me to a psychologist instead of trying to find the possible cause. They simply didn’t believe me because I look normal. I found the diagnosis alone, because no one in the whole country knows it, and I hope to recover.

      You have to trust physitians because one of the factors is stress and anxiety in high percentage of cases.

      I think I have the same problem , I feel dizzy and confused while walking in public place and gait isn’t good , I will try this

    I have PPPD. Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness. That's a condition that's not mentioned very often. These exercises can help with it too. I need to do my exercises.

      @@BharusDiaries ​ @Bharu's Diaries unfortunately, I'm still trying to get better sleep. When I don't get good sleep, my dizziness is worse the next day and the anxiety and dizziness keep being an issue because of it. I really do recommend you see the youtube video under "emjay styles pppd." How are you?

      @@jeannes.356 I fell unconscious one night after flying back from Combodia due to some bad tummy issues/ dehydration. But ever since for the past 2.4 years my brain is still sending alert sgnals of falling down. Its sheer torture! Cant even turn my head, bend down or look up and walk steadily 🥴😰

    Also did similar exercises daily with only some improvement … cause the main reason for the vestibular problem seemed to be from living with 3 bio- hazards( I’m told) including
    leaking gas & also mold! At first didn’t believe this… but check your environment to see if it’s making matters worse!

    I had my ACDF surgery last 1.5 years.my numbness gone but imbalance and diziness still persisted.Recently ENT specialist diagnosed me due to Central Veetigo..Can I follow these excercises?

    Just what I was looking for.
    I end up in hospital for a week, do to this condition then end up going to rehab, was in there for another week before going home.
    I end up in wheelchair cause it's a pretty bad. 😵😫😖
    Body shakes do to the imbalance can't walk much with out support but I'm determined on getting better with practicing exercises and support. 😳
    It's hard to to have eye control. 😫😵😭
    Not giving up. ❤❤❤ lot's of prayer.

    I did all this for 6 month twice a week and unfortunately it did not help. I have lightheadedness every single day. I don't get off balance.

      You should see "some" benefit right away .. after the first couple exercises ..

      *Try a little at a time > I'm just starting and no way I can do it all as it runs in the vid. But at one point he recommends starting slow and a little at a time. Add more each day as you can. *I'm finding it helps some already > Good luck to you!

      focus on the actual message .. not the noises associated... Unless that's the source of your issue .. in which case .. focus on that annoyance until it no longer bothers you

    I don’t think so vestibular therapy helps, if u hv vertigo or dysfunctions of inner ear problem that means ur life stop because it’s hasn’t treatment , there is no medicine too or surgery too because I hv too I tried everything but 0 progress
