They need an instrument that has like a spinning brush that will remove the sticky fungus that they other instruments won’t remove.It should look kind like a spider web removeable brush. You would actually two of them, small brush and a bigger brush. It’s only common sense.

The shaver looks a lot like a urological morcellator shaver I sell. I'm in the OR with the laser I also sell...the morcellator shaver is used after laser enucleation. I have to say the only use of the shaver used in the beginning didn't look very clean...wouldn't it be better to use and electrocautery first and the pull away the fragments of tissue? Anyway seeing the mucus build-up open up was impressive

Very interesting but too much arguing. It's giving me a headache. Let the guy holding the instruments do his job and if you think you can do a better job do it yourself instead of bickering about it. It's not funny or satisfying listening to you.

These are maggots of flies and can be killed by turpentine oil, alcohol, boiling water but not too hot
