What’s the best checkup for a tinnitus (26 days now) from clogged ears(early to mid May 2022) and clogged ears from COVID (COVID June 2022)and also first it was sinusitus in the spring ?(march/april? 2022) Should I am for a frmi for tinnitus first ? I have also been listening to loud music for over two and a half years (I do music production but I quit now because of my ear ringing). I have had the swooshes in ears in the morning and ears felt very pouchy and red. (Maybe I had a infection) The infection probably opened in my middle ear or lingered to the inner ear and I had three days of trance like states in early august 2022. Then I got a fever 3 times in less than 6 days and had panic attacks and couldn’t sleep. (Shock to the body) I am mostly fine now, but I still have ringing in both ears (mostly the right ear, can hear through the day and night) and clogged ears since may and my Eustachian tubes are blocked (doctor used camera to tell me).
I would like to make a game plan on my tinnitus first. But I have had a lot of damage to my ears idk if it just strictly from music production or my sinusitus and clogged ears and COVID and also the fevers I did have (subsided). But yea when I did have those fevers in early august my body and mind was going through deep times because of my sickness and I could feel my ears have fluid when I would sleep a certain position and it made me feel even worse.
