- Another head to head trail camera review! this time it is spypoint flex vs the moultrie edge. both non carrier trail cameras all have new great specs and feature but in all competitions there has to me a clear winner and there is. spypoint has made some upgrades but has fallen short on addressing some of the old troubleshooting spypoint issues. moultrie edge lots of new functional upgrades and more to come, well that's what I hear. I love doing trail camera product reviews, it's just fun for me I'm aleays trying out all the new models defitily more moultrie cameras reviews after this I think i may have to say goodbye to spypoint you had a good run. Great review. One thing I love also about the Edge is that it connects to the strongest tower (AT&T or Verizon). Plus Moultrie has the best customer service. Have thought about buying a Spypoint but after watching your review and how much I like the Moultrie Edge (I have 3) no chance I’ll ever change. Keep up the good work!
Unless there are big changes. Im staying with moultrie. The edge is amazing just set and forget thanks for feedback
I bought a remote antenna for my Spy Point Flex. It made a dramatic difference in the signal coverage. Better coverage than my Edge. I still like my Edge better. I wont buy another Spy Point unless they make significant improvements. I have had several issues with the battery trays on my Flex as well.

Have been with SP since they 1st came out....AND as of 2yrs ago FAILED in aspect of customer service and product issues ( as of 12.12.23- have a spypoint NOW working to try to get it to send pictures? spoken with 2x agents to try resolve-NO LUCK) Camera has been taking pictures and I have load the firmware as agent suggests. I can take MSD out and review on laptop so know camera taking pictures-Just not sending. I transition to Moultrie and have 5 out in the field working very well. Also have Tactacam out in addition to Moultrie.
Yes i have ditched spypoint myself got a few left on there last legs. I love the edge no issues ever thanks for feedback
I put 8 used batteries in my moultrie, was at 14% and still working

For Moultrie yes spypoint has 100 pix free. After that, you have to buy into a plan.
I don’t own a spypoint and don’t tend to due to hearing bad reviews from buddies of mine who own them. I do however own a moultrie edge and was on the fence about buying one due to the reviews I read but for $63 USD I couldn’t pass it up and now wish I had bought 2
Of them. Owned it now for over 5 months
And in use for all those months and not one issue. Also 53% battery life still since I first put it out. Tks for sharing the well done vid 🤙🏻

Now what settings are you on to make it last that long? I do 30 second delay. 33 MP upload immediately,
@@ThePyRoTV I have it on 10 sec delay and I6 megapixels I’m thinking also uploads immediately.

The Mountie edge only has 33 or 4 MP

The Moultrie edge is 33mp and pro is 36...have 4 ,2 of each

I had to stop watching. You can't say this one and that one. Say the Spypoint does this the Moultrie does that.

If you get a chance check out the camojoj Trace camera no I don’t work or get sponsored by them just love the camera and data plans they have I do own two flex cameras and a cell link and they are all junk with many problems
