New low impact upper body workout! I was actually feeling super sick and bloated when I filmed this cause I was having my period, so you can clearly tell I was out of it 🤣 So I often get asked if you can workout while you're having your period, it really depends on how you feel. I wasn't at 100% but this was a low impact no equipment workout so you can always do something like this when you have your period. Enjoy the workout!

When I first started Summer Shred, I couldn't do the side push up, AT ALL. I believed that I wasn't physically capable of that. So I substituted that for the lower intensity side plank. And today on Day 24, I CAN DO THE SIDE PUSH UP OHMYGODDDD. (Although pushup from the left arm was weaker because it's my non dominant one).. ANYWAYS, I can't believe I am so much more stronger??? I am so proud of myself. Yayyy
You have to atleast eat semi right just don’t go over your calorie intake honestly unless you want abs then clean your diet it’s okay to still eat unhealthy just minimize it
in my school all we had for p.e was football or running or basketball (rest of the sports were optional, these were the only necessary ones) for exercise we only had jumping jacks , some sit up and some stretches yall have it hard.
lolol...I feel this. I actually started working out in just my sports bra and leggings...in front of a mirror, so I could start training my mind to stop my negative self talk. So, if I watch as my belly fat quivers...(lolol....you're welcome for that visual)...I train myself to say something like...."damn girl...you doin' it....look at you and your badass strong ass self." I know it sounds cheesy as hell.....but, I'm just tired of not being happy in my body. haha...even if I am working out to make it stronger.
*motivation facts for you guys to continue exercising* : - drinking water and not soda/unhealthy drinks is better for your body so it can do the best you can ! - remember , not succeeding the first time you try an exercise doesn’t mean that you’ll never learn - after a few days your gonna probably feel way healthier and maybe even see some good results ! - even chloe ting didn’t get her body in a week so don’t give up if you want to have a snatched body 💗 - eating healthier or having a balanced diet is gonna help you see results faster , but it’s not necessary ! - trust me , your arms, abs or whatever you are exercising with are not strong now , but consistency is key and you will for sure notice that you can for example do a plank for way longer without it hurting 🦋 - don’t think that the numbers on the scale are your actual results but rely on measurements , because you’re gonna get muscle mass which shows a bigger number on the scale !

If someone is eating unhealthily or not a balanced diet, it will actually make them gain muscle on top of the fat which is probably not something people doing these workouts are aiming for so food is quite necessary in losing weight/getting a snatched body

@@ceph538 Loosing weight is also strongly linked to food consumption. A program like this will only strengthen, and not cause much weight loss, unless it's used in tandem with a nutritional change.

I felt like giving up today because i wasn't getting any results, idk and its been 12 days, my mom was angry at me, i felt no longer pretty ,friends ditching, family problems everything was getting to me and along with that online schools but somehow i didn't give up and went through the workouts and seeing comments like these on videos like this motivates me to do so. Since I haven’t seen anyone comment this, I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks along with chloes ab workout and I’ll update everyday!! Arms: 31cm ☄️Day 1: I started sweating after the 3rd exercise lol but overall I didn’t have to stop and felt refreshed after it. I struggle with the back of my arms and armpit area so I really like the side pushups. ☄️Day 2: a little easier today, but GOD those inverted planks. ☄️Day 3: deadass pulled a muscle in the middle of the workout, but otherwise it was pretty good. Definitely gets easier. ☄️Day 4: pushed myself more today and realized that my pushups are a lot better. I think it’s too early to see a difference but my arms feel tighter. ☄️Day 5: I did bigger arm pulses and by the end there was this really nice burn in my shoulders. The bulge of my arm fat is starting to flatten ;D ☄️Day 6: my arms were weirdly sore today for the first time but otherwise same as yesterday. ☄️Day 7: Im not sure if my arms are slimmer but there is definitely more muscle ☄️Day 8: everything is soo much easier except those damn inverted planks. ☄️Day 9: the workout goes so much faster now. *missed a day but gonna continue from where I left off ☄️Day 10: we almost done, inverted planks r easier now ☄️Day 11: Im exhausted so the workout was a little harder today and burned a bit more than usual. ☄️Day 12: Lmao did this at 3:30am but we’re almost there. ☄️Day 13: ahhh one more day ☄️Day 14: woohoo last day, might still do this when I have time but overall I am much stronger and can do this workout pretty easily. Final measurements: 29.5cm M’y arms did shrink a little bit but the workout is more for building upper body strength. I love that she doesn't edit out the parts where she messes up the exercise a bit here and there. As someone who is just starting too incorporate exercise into my routine, I'm definitely struggling. It's actually encouraging and helps me not be so critical of myself. We are all on this fitness journey together! ❤️
Ive been doing 4 week summer shred challange and Im about to end week 3. I just finished workout and went down to read comments and it honestly surprised me how can people complain about this workout when this is literally the easiest one she has. And then I realised that these 3 weeks really changed me

Suggestion: You should add some wrist warm-ups because I know for me and many other people find it hard to do planking when your wrists aren't used to holding up your body
I suggest focusing on your triceps when doing planks workout. Because you are training your arms you wrists should not lift your body it's your arms' work. If you engage your triceps and that area of your arm it won't hurt your wrist and give better results
Tip that I find work really well for me during this work out: Close my eyes and imagine myself with cute outfits that I could wear that exposed my arms and shoulder lol

I usually don’t post on social media but here we go xD I’ve been trying to lose weight since January with no success. Always starting a chloe ting workout and never following through after the second day. During quarantine I decided to double down and really hold myself accountable. I’ve learned more about health and fitness. I haven’t lost any weight just yet (I did notice my thighs are half an inch smaller) but it almost doesn’t bother me. I’ve been doing these workouts for about 2 weeks with some rest in between (DOMS sucks) but past me would have just given up already. I can already find myself stronger and being able to follow the workouts with maybe one break. I feel amazing and excited to see how much stronger I can get. Thank you so much Chloe!!

Don't give up and keep going! I hope you are still at it! I have been doing Chloe Ting for a month now, and feel terrific. So much stronger, although the visible changes are not that significant, big change comes with time and consistency. You definitely won't change if you quit.

lolol...I feel this. I actually started working out in just my sports bra and leggings...in front of a mirror, so I could start training my mind to stop my negative self talk. So, if I watch as my belly fat quivers...(lolol....you're welcome for that visual)...I train myself to say something like...."damn girl...you doin' it....look at you and your badass strong ass self." I know it sounds cheesy as hell.....but, I'm just tired of not being happy in my body. haha...even if I am working out to make it stronger.

*motivation facts for you guys to continue exercising* :
- drinking water and not soda/unhealthy drinks is better for your body so it can do the best you can !
- remember , not succeeding the first time you try an exercise doesn’t mean that you’ll never learn
- after a few days your gonna probably feel way healthier and maybe even see some good results !
- even chloe ting didn’t get her body in a week so don’t give up if you want to have a snatched body 💗
- eating healthier or having a balanced diet is gonna help you see results faster , but it’s not necessary !
- trust me , your arms, abs or whatever you are exercising with are not strong now , but consistency is key and you will for sure notice that you can for example do a plank for way longer without it hurting 🦋
- don’t think that the numbers on the scale are your actual results but rely on measurements , because you’re gonna get muscle mass which shows a bigger number on the scale !
thanks for this! I agree with everything except for the food. If someone is eating unhealthily or not a balanced diet, it will actually make them gain muscle on top of the fat which is probably not something people doing these workouts are aiming for so food is quite necessary in losing weight/getting a snatched body

@@ceph538 Loosing weight is also strongly linked to food consumption. A program like this will only strengthen, and not cause much weight loss, unless it's used in tandem with a nutritional change.

*Results* : The changes I noticed within 1st 2 weeks - Firstly I noticed that my arm fat is slowly burning Day by day and after 2 weeks my arm size reduced 0.7 inches
2ndly my back's extra fat was nearly gone, but i noticed this when I continued the workout routine after 2 weeks
3rdly my upper body was a bit shredded than before...
Overall this one was really good to remove the extra fats from my upper body
Moreover I continued some chloe ting workouts for my lower body too while maintaining this routine....

I felt like giving up today because i wasn't getting any results, idk and its been 12 days, my mom was angry at me, i felt no longer pretty ,friends ditching, family problems everything was getting to me and along with that online schools but somehow i didn't give up and went through the workouts and seeing comments like these on videos like this motivates me to do so. Since I haven’t seen anyone comment this, I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks along with chloes ab workout and I’ll update everyday!!

☄️Day 1: I started sweating after the 3rd exercise lol but overall I didn’t have to stop and felt refreshed after it. I struggle with the back of my arms and armpit area so I really like the side pushups.
☄️Day 2: a little easier today, but GOD those inverted planks.
☄️Day 3: deadass pulled a muscle in the middle of the workout, but otherwise it was pretty good. Definitely gets easier.
☄️Day 4: pushed myself more today and realized that my pushups are a lot better. I think it’s too early to see a difference but my arms feel tighter.
☄️Day 5: I did bigger arm pulses and by the end there was this really nice burn in my shoulders. The bulge of my arm fat is starting to flatten ;D
☄️Day 6: my arms were weirdly sore today for the first time but otherwise same as yesterday.
☄️Day 7: Im not sure if my arms are slimmer but there is definitely more muscle
☄️Day 8: everything is soo much easier except those damn inverted planks.
☄️Day 9: the workout goes so much faster now.
*missed a day but gonna continue from where I left off
☄️Day 10: we almost done, inverted planks r easier now
☄️Day 11: Im exhausted so the workout was a little harder today and burned a bit more than usual.
☄️Day 12: Lmao did this at 3:30am but we’re almost there.

☄️Day 14: woohoo last day, might still do this when I have time but overall I am much stronger and can do this workout pretty easily.
Final measurements: 29.5cm
M’y arms did shrink a little bit but the workout is more for building upper body strength. I don’t really feel that I lost much arm fat but I definitely did gain some muscle since my arms feel more tender.

Suggestion: You should add some wrist warm-ups because I know for me and many other people find it hard to do planking when your wrists aren't used to holding up your body
I suggest focusing on your triceps when doing planks workout. Because you are training your arms you wrists should not lift your body it's your arms' work. If you engage your triceps and that area of your arm it won't hurt your wrist and give better results

i'm so proud. after months of being afraid to do this, i did it for the first time. i had to half ass a lot of the exercises and even had to skip one completely because i was so tired, but i did it. and i want to continue doing it. i know I'll eventually see improvement. (:

I usually don’t post on social media but here we go xD I’ve been trying to lose weight since January with no success. Always starting a chloe ting workout and never following through after the second day. During quarantine I decided to double down and really hold myself accountable. I’ve learned more about health and fitness. I haven’t lost any weight just yet (I did notice my thighs are half an inch smaller) but it almost doesn’t bother me. I’ve been doing these workouts for about 2 weeks with some rest in between (DOMS sucks) but past me would have just given up already. I can already find myself stronger and being able to follow the workouts with maybe one break. I feel amazing and excited to see how much stronger I can get. Thank you so much Chloe!!

Don't give up and keep going! I hope you are still at it! I have been doing Chloe Ting for a month now, and feel terrific. So much stronger, although the visible changes are not that significant, big change comes with time and consistency. You definitely won't change if you quit.

Hey here's the brands that were recommended to me by some of her fans on another video; Lululemon, Gymshark, Aerie, Fabletics, Shein, Oysho, Pretty Little Thing. I also think Girlfriend Collective, VXS, prAna and even Target have cute stuff and somewhere else I was told to try Forever 21. I also wish she'd link the particular things she wears, but I hope this helps.

guys, it's REALLY going to get easier after a while. I'm at the 5th day of 2020 summer shred challenge, this workout was really tough one for me at first. only 5 days, but I see COLOSAL difference in my strenght. Tbh? I'm geniuenly shocked. KEEP GOING, YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH! Trust me

Okay, so today is day 8 for me of the 2020 shred challenge and I CAN PERFECTLY BREATH AFTER DOING THIS AND THE VIDEO BEFORE THIS ONE. Maybe i was the only one that couldn't at the begging but guys, just keep doing it, maybe it takes a bit longer to see physically results but you will see how you resistence improves more and more💛
