@@Anushhkasfoodworld Honestly it is for you what you want it to be. I like the way my body looks more, than when I had the excess fat. Is it helpful? I'm unsure. Do I personally feel better? Yes.
For anyone who feels like they can't finish one of these workouts and feels upset, please don't be! You should be proud that you tried, because that is all it takes! I've been an athlete all my life (soccer, cross country, lacrosse, swim) and I still find these workouts challenging! Keep going, you got this, and when you do finish one I promise you that you will feel amazing and so confident because you did it!!

Nex Here yes but you won’t get results instantly it’ll take time. I’d say take a before picture and when you’re done with a challenge or after a few weeks then take an after picture. That’s helped me even when I don’t personally see any change.

Well, I’ve been on my first day for days now...I think I started last Thursday, I was waayyy to tired to continue and that was just the warm up. Friday, I got nauseous. Saturday, my data literally got finished during the 2nd video. Sunday had church...Monday I puked and gave up🤦🏾♀️ During 2nd video. Today, I put all into this. I did the first 2 videos(with some difficulty tho), took a break and continued...finished the reps thingy...this is my last but 1 vid. (I really hope I’m able to do all loyally🙏🏾)
You will feel tiredness and pain for few days..but when u will continue to do Chloe's workout for 1 or 2 weeks you'll definitely enjoy them without taking breaks 😀...So remember no pain no gain...Chloe you are doing a great work ..Love from India 🇮🇳
I'm not a professional, but since no one else has answered: my best tips are, if it seems difficult to inhale during an excercise, try finding the best place to exhale instead and focus on actively exhaling. Your body should then make sure you inhale automaticaly, unless you're actively fighting it (which you might be, subconciously, if you're too tense). If reps of an excercise seem too short to get a full breath in, focus on breathing in during one rep and out during the next. Again, if it's hard to inhale, focus on exhaling. That's useful if you ever get your breath nocked out of you, too. Try breathing out even more, and the lock that the lungs are in will release.
Im not expert but when I do them I find that when I focus more on breathing like inhale, exhale, inhale and so on its easy to breath and i just make sure im also focusing on the workout in the back of my head if that makes any sense ??

I came here after the 35 day shred.. Starting the new 4 weeks shred as of today. I thought c'mon Chloe I had 50 min workouts with you, this is gonna be a breeze. Now I'm sitting on my floor, barely able to hold the phone, typing this comment, haha. Thank you Chloe you transformed this little couch potato into a little fit potato! Something my friends tried to do for over 5 years and didnt accomplish. For everyone in doubt: just get up and do it. Forget your looks do it for your health. You will feel SO much better.

I actually can’t...I have a left wrist problem. It aches whenever I try to use it for something as simple as getting up from the floor but I tried...I took breaks in between(I’m pretty sure I just did about 15secs🙈)
I read somewhere if you hold on to weights while you're doing a plank or something, it releases the pain from your wrists. I don't know for sure but maybe you could try it and see if it helps.
Same. And my left calf has some aches when I do squats. I do have carpel tunnel and tendentious in my wrists so that could be a factor for me, personally. Maybe your arms are too far over your hands when in certain positions? I found that putting your hands into fists (much like a monkey) when leaning on them helps relieve the pain.
Try doing some stretches for your arms (wrist area) before doing the exercises. If your wrists hurt when you're doing the planks check your position. My wrists hurt like crazy when I started doing planks but it went away when I realised my position was wrong. Hope this helps! All the best for your workout. Don't give uppppp!
Hey! I've been doing yoga for several years and I used to have this problem. It's likely because you're taking all of your body weight in your wrist joint. If you disperse the weight through your entire hand (I've found that splaying the fingers and then trying to put most of the weight at the base of my fingers will do the trick but it takes practice), it should help. To relieve the pain, you have to "reverse the movement" so I find that squeezing my wrists when they start to hurt works!
I have suffered from back fat my whole life and it's my biggest insecurity. I went to the gym today and did a full back weight lifting workout and wanted to do this video as well. I thought of quitting way mote than once while performing this workout. But I can proudly say I finished it. May sound silly or ridiculous to most but I really im proud of myself for pushing it through. Thank you Chloe ❤️

I was bored today, so this is my eighteenth Chloe Ting Workout of the day! Before you praise me, it was really hard, I took extra breaks, and I'm gonna go die now. But I'm not bored anymore!
I'm doing a lot of these workouts since were in quarantine Update: I didn't expect so many like 🥰 so I will start updating Disclaimer : I did this workout for 1 week with a little restrictions to my diet so after that week I did notice that my stomach when I woke up in the morning without eating food yet was bit more tone and I felt the muscles but i didn't fully see any definition unless I looked really closely.unfortunately I was experiencing really bad back pain and soreness so I ended up no doing the second week and so today I will be starting all over again ❤❤ Dont feel discouraged if you stop doing it just give yourself a break and just jump right back in and it's been hard for me because when it come to my health I get lazy and I've made the choice that I'm stuck in this body forever so I'm going to love it and make it even more perfect Day 1 : I felt obviously way more tired during the workout since my body got used to not the intensity unlike before it got easier around day 4 so day 1 back at it again 🥺
Tracking my progress like to remind me. Day 1: It hurt really bad but I kept the motivation going . Believe it or not but there was a little difference on the first day! (fast metabolism) Day 2: A little bit easier . Felt stronger in my shoulders. Def gained some muscle there. Day 3: Shoulders hurt REALLY bad today. Kept pushing and got through it. Day 4: My shoulders surprisingly didn't hurt that bad today. I did just eat 3 pieces of taco pizza so I feel really gross Day 5: I was sooo unmotivated today and almost gave up. I still want to give up 😭😭😭😭 Day 6: Instant mood change i actually got around and ready to day which made me a lot more motivated. Felt really strong Day 7: Getting alot easier. Okay, a little update on this😂 Don't be discouraged guys, this actually gets a lot easier over time. Once you get used to the movement, it is not so hard anymore. I've been doing this workout three times a week for a month now and it's not a challenge for me anymore. If I can do it, you can as well😊

first time I tried this I had to pause every two or three exercises and couldn't even finish most of them. this time I didn't pause at all and only had trouble with the up and down planks!!! I looked in the mirror and thought I was a failure bc I still look so fat but how could that be if I improved so much on my exercise routine??? I'll do even better next time :))) please keep pushing, even if you can't give 100% every single time, even if you had to stop for a few days for any reason, even if you still couldn't do it perfectly this time. it's so rewarding

Omg I'm so proud I found her only 1 month before you did and I have done her 2 weeks challenge and am currently on the 10th day of the 4 weeks summer shred and I have already lost 12 pounds! Hey guys I'm om Day 16 of the 28 day flat tummy challenge. I just wanted to say there are no obvious differences in my appearances but I have definitely lost weight. At least 5 kg since I started in December. I didn't do it everyday. I went from doing it three days once to two days once. The reason why I don't want to do it everyday is because I sweat like crazy after each workout and I have to wash my hair after that. Don't really want to wash my hair everyday, hehe since I'm at home. But I think the biggest different I see is my confidence level. I've gotten much confident and I have started loving my body.
I just wanted to say that a couple years ago i broke my left arm very badly and after having surgery on it many times found that i could barely support my own body weight when doing workout like planks or pushups since there was just too much pressure on the joint. But after doing the the schedules everyday, and although i'm only half-way through, i've definitely seen so much more improvement and can feel myself getting much stronger. Thank you Chloe!!

For anyone who feels like they can't finish one of these workouts and feels upset, please don't be! You should be proud that you tried, because that is all it takes! I've been an athlete all my life (soccer, cross country, lacrosse, swim) and I still find these workouts challenging! Keep going, you got this, and when you do finish one I promise you that you will feel amazing and so confident because you did it!!

Nex Here yes but you won’t get results instantly it’ll take time. I’d say take a before picture and when you’re done with a challenge or after a few weeks then take an after picture. That’s helped me even when I don’t personally see any change.

Well, I’ve been on my first day for days now...I think I started last Thursday, I was waayyy to tired to continue and that was just the warm up. Friday, I got nauseous. Saturday, my data literally got finished during the 2nd video. Sunday had church...Monday I puked and gave up🤦🏾♀️ During 2nd video. Today, I put all into this. I did the first 2 videos(with some difficulty tho), took a break and continued...finished the reps thingy...this is my last but 1 vid. (I really hope I’m able to do all loyally🙏🏾)

How do I breathe during these types of exercises? I almost always seem to be holding my breath
I'm not a professional, but since no one else has answered: my best tips are, if it seems difficult to inhale during an excercise, try finding the best place to exhale instead and focus on actively exhaling. Your body should then make sure you inhale automaticaly, unless you're actively fighting it (which you might be, subconciously, if you're too tense). If reps of an excercise seem too short to get a full breath in, focus on breathing in during one rep and out during the next. Again, if it's hard to inhale, focus on exhaling. That's useful if you ever get your breath nocked out of you, too. Try breathing out even more, and the lock that the lungs are in will release.

Im not expert but when I do them I find that when I focus more on breathing like inhale, exhale, inhale and so on its easy to breath and i just make sure im also focusing on the workout in the back of my head if that makes any sense ??

I read somewhere if you hold on to weights while you're doing a plank or something, it releases the pain from your wrists. I don't know for sure but maybe you could try it and see if it helps.
Same. And my left calf has some aches when I do squats. I do have carpel tunnel and tendentious in my wrists so that could be a factor for me, personally. Maybe your arms are too far over your hands when in certain positions? I found that putting your hands into fists (much like a monkey) when leaning on them helps relieve the pain.
Try doing some stretches for your arms (wrist area) before doing the exercises. If your wrists hurt when you're doing the planks check your position. My wrists hurt like crazy when I started doing planks but it went away when I realised my position was wrong. Hope this helps! All the best for your workout. Don't give uppppp!
I'm not sure about the other exercises, but when doing high planks, I try to transfer the weight of my body to my legs and abs.
Hey! I've been doing yoga for several years and I used to have this problem. It's likely because you're taking all of your body weight in your wrist joint. If you disperse the weight through your entire hand (I've found that splaying the fingers and then trying to put most of the weight at the base of my fingers will do the trick but it takes practice), it should help. To relieve the pain, you have to "reverse the movement" so I find that squeezing my wrists when they start to hurt works!
Am I the only one who looks rather a "dying fly" when doing the "lying fly" exercise? :D

I have suffered from back fat my whole life and it's my biggest insecurity. I went to the gym today and did a full back weight lifting workout and wanted to do this video as well. I thought of quitting way mote than once while performing this workout. But I can proudly say I finished it. Disclaimer : I did this workout for 1 week with a little restrictions to my diet so after that week I did notice that my stomach when I woke up in the morning without eating food yet was bit more tone and I felt the muscles but i didn't fully see any definition unless I looked really closely.unfortunately I was experiencing really bad back pain and soreness so I ended up no doing the second week and so today I will be starting all over again ❤❤
Dont feel discouraged if you stop doing it just give yourself a break and just jump right back in and it's been hard for me because when it come to my health I get lazy and I've made the choice that I'm stuck in this body forever so I'm going to love it and make it even more perfect
Day 1 : I felt obviously way more tired during the workout since my body got used to not the intensity unlike before it got easier around day 4 so day 1 back at it again 🥺

Day 1: It hurt really bad but I kept the motivation going . Believe it or not but there was a little difference on the first day! (fast metabolism)
Day 2: A little bit easier . Felt stronger in my shoulders. Def gained some muscle there.
Day 3: Shoulders hurt REALLY bad today. Kept pushing and got through it.
Day 4: My shoulders surprisingly didn't hurt that bad today. I did just eat 3 pieces of taco pizza so I feel really gross
Day 5: I was sooo unmotivated today and almost gave up. I still want to give up 😭😭😭😭
Day 6: Instant mood change i actually got around and ready to day which made me a lot more motivated. Felt really strong
Day 7: Getting alot easier. See a difference

Okay, a little update on this😂
Don't be discouraged guys, this actually gets a lot easier over time. Once you get used to the movement, it is not so hard anymore. I've been doing this workout three times a week for a month now and it's not a challenge for me anymore. If I can do it, you can as well😊

Did this in addition to my usual (not very arm focused) workout routine, though :)

first time I tried this I had to pause every two or three exercises and couldn't even finish most of them. this time I didn't pause at all and only had trouble with the up and down planks!!! I looked in the mirror and thought I was a failure bc I still look so fat but how could that be if I improved so much on my exercise routine??? I'll do even better next time :))) please keep pushing, even if you can't give 100% every single time, even if you had to stop for a few days for any reason, even if you still couldn't do it perfectly this time. it's so rewarding

Omg I'm so proud I found her only 1 month before you did and I have done her 2 weeks challenge and am currently on the 10th day of the 4 weeks summer shred and I have already lost 12 pounds! She has really changed my life! But i did not go on a diet, exactly, I just ate a little bit healthier also I was not skinny when I started, I was 161 pounds. But now I'm 149! And I'm continuing to lose weight and be healthier. You can do this! Also, how is it so far?

what did you eat :I ate how I normally ate but i decrease my sweets and chocolate 😭but if you want more progress I would advise to have clean diet

Any advice =hmmm I don't really know because I don't even listen to my own advice 🤣but if I did listen it would be : healthy diet, cut down sugar, try not to pause through every workout.

Hey guys I'm om Day 16 of the 28 day flat tummy challenge. I just wanted to say there are no obvious differences in my appearances but I have definitely lost weight. At least 5 kg since I started in December. I didn't do it everyday. I went from doing it three days once to two days once. The reason why I don't want to do it everyday is because I sweat like crazy after each workout and I have to wash my hair after that. Don't really want to wash my hair everyday, hehe since I'm at home. But I think the biggest different I see is my confidence level. I've gotten much confident and I have started loving my body.
I just wanted to say that a couple years ago i broke my left arm very badly and after having surgery on it many times found that i could barely support my own body weight when doing workout like planks or pushups since there was just too much pressure on the joint. But after doing the the schedules everyday, and although i'm only half-way through, i've definitely seen so much more improvement and can feel myself getting much stronger. Thank you Chloe!!

Is it just me or does anyone else struggle with their balance when doing the reverse plank shoulder tap?
Me too, but for me it works if you lean your uppee body on the arm that's on the ground
i struggle with it because my legs are too long and my arms arent long enough to lift my body off the ground :(
I have really long legs and so when i lift up i can barely even hold myself up 😔 This is the first time i struggled with a exercise lmao

Concentrating on your breath and closing your eyes really helps with the last 3 exercises. @Chloe Ting always says clues on each workout, I just realized that listening to every word she says helps a lot on these workouts. Good luck everyone.
